Diet Plan
1. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. If you can, try to include more. It is known that only a small number of the population reach the full five. 2. Avoid adding it to your meals; you’ll be surprised at how much is already there. 6. Always eat breakfast; it gives you energy for the day. Try to fit in one of that 5 a day! 7. Use starchy foods as the base of your meals. These act as your fuel for the day. 8. Get active. Adults aged 19 - 64 are required to conduct 150 minutes moderate exercise a week. Try a brisk walk for 30 minutes daily.

In a world filled with social media people neglect the significance of a person’s ability to successfully interact with others and to establish meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of life for all people involved in the interaction. As a man it is important to understand your role in society because on a bigger canvass than you imagine you play generational role. 4. Spiritual Wellness
Spiritual wellness is a lot simpler than mixing primary colours to create secondary colours. It is based on a man’s ability to establish a value system and act on the system of beliefs as well as to establish and carry out meaningful and constructive life goals. The goals not only affect you but the relationships you engage with which ultimately spill the paint into the social aspects of great health.
3. Physical Wellness Most men, when they think of health, splash paint in the form of physical perfection and aesthetics creating the illusion that they have obtained great health. Yes, physical wellness includes good physical fitness and useful motor skills however a man’s ability to function effectively in meeting the demands of the day’s work and ability to use free time effectively fully embodies physical wellness. Most men are bread winners, what they fail to understand is that baking of the bread is not their duty; the ploughing of the wheat is.
2. Mental and Emotional Wellness An important ability needed obtain great health is the ability to cope with daily circumstances and to deal with personal feelings in a positive, optimistic and constructive manner. Life has its ups and downs; sometimes you mix the wrong paint or even spill on your favourite shirt. The important thing is the perspective you take when these things happen because that ultimately determines physical strength need to pave your route forward.

Most men slack due to motivation or seeing value in it. A partner will open your eyes in that regard especially if she / he does a few or the whole exercise with you. There are various apps that could help you get a more intense full body workout for half the time. We recommend two apps: Swork It and 7 minute workout. These app help track your work outs, you can input your BMI (Body Mass Index) readings for better tracking of your progress and work out intensity. GQ: - This is one of the most valuable magazines that can really guide you in different ways, through fashion, essentials, technology, wealth fitness, the list goes on. One thing that it does the most in last months issue was lead me to other books to read by South African authors like Zakes Mda. This is valuable to me as I studies his work during my high school studies and I've enjoyed his work. Men's Health - The title sums up what this magazine is about but I'd say it's kept me consistent at the gym as I found new exercises to do which makes gym fun to do. Forbes / Your Business - We all know this magazine is about the money. It's important to know what's happening with businesses around you as well as finding opportunities for your small business. This is my bases of keeping myself business minded.
