The worst part was, it’s not even the first time Dwight broke his leg outside of a Trial.

Breathing deep didn’t do anything to ease the pain, but it kept the tears from falling so fast. Dwight shoved the end of his tie in his mouth and hitched up his pant legs. There was nothing he could do about this, he could already tell, but looking at the damage, well, it made him feel less helpless. Temporary solution - as soon as his eyes laid upon the injury it all crashed back down on him again. His shoulders shook with a repressed sob.

Leaning back and digging his teeth into his tie, Dwight let himself settle into the dirt. He didn’t even know where he was, honestly. A long way from the Campfire. Maybe in Killer turf. He’d have to wait for a Trial, then. If he fell asleep, maybe he’d wake back up at the Fire. If he didn’t, he’d have to hope someone would stumble upon him. A kind Survivor to take him back to camp... Or a Killer to put him out of his misery, and knowing some of them, cause him even more first. He shook like he was going to puke. But he didn’t.
