Phoenix Coleman is a 29 year old criminal from the outskirts of Arcadia Bay.

He’s been charged with larceny, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, and loitering.

He had to go to Ventura, CA for a while; to get right, after having spent his entire adolescence in solitary confinement.

What he did, during his time? He attended zoom meetings; which were counseling sessions, but he had to remove himself from temptation in Arcadia.

Now? He’s made his triumphant return back to the town, and is now a mechanic, and a harley enthusiast — in other words, a harley lover.

His mother and father? They’re both drug addicts, with a love for alcohol and narcotics.

His siblings? Dead, or spending life in prison. The black sheeps.
