Although feedforward networks can also be used to create complex neural networks, for the purposes of my Computational Neuroscience class, we will be dealing with coordinate transformation in invertebrates and monkeys. It’s still pretty cool!

In this blog post, I will summarize the firing rate model, as it forms the basis of the development of neural networks. I’ll work in how this relates to feedforward networks at the lowest level of processing before leading to recurrent networks. A Change of Heart
