Arynn blinked for what felt like several, far too long seconds. âMyâuh, my facial features?â He repeated; a bit taken aback by her words and far too rusty at this game than he liked. âY-Yeah! I mean, Iâll definitely come by and check the place out next chance I get.â He quickly added and gave the woman a smile. âHey, maybe Iâll bring something baked from around the shop - so we can snack on something that wasnât shadily acquired.â He joked with a small laugh.
As the conversation shifted, he felt himself hum and lick his lips from his nerves. âUh, Iâm not really sure. I mean, I wasnât exactly the biggest believer before⌠all of this. Now that Iâm starting to understand what really goes on around here⌠I guess it would be kind of silly to not believe in some form, right?â He shrugged his shoulders slightly.
Eve giggled abitâ Good. Iâll be waiting for your arrival when that time does come,â she nodded. She smiled and spoke softly âIâd like that very much. Definitely better than the stolen goods from the machine,â she nodded.
As she listened to Arynnâs words, she couldnât help but to think about everything she went through for centuries because of HIM. Deep down she was angry about it and the other half of her felt that, that was what she deserved. To be punished, banished to Earth away from the garden because of that apple. Eve shrugged her shoulders âHonestly...I donât know what to believe anymore. Everything has changed and thereâs no type of guidance. Iâm brought back to life for christ sake. There has to be some penalty for that and yet...he is nowhere to be found to do so,â she shrugged.
