Hate to do this, but it’s time to gather our forces! The snack pack needs our help!

I was really hoping our latest update would be cute pictures of them from the weekend; except all of a sudden our lively and bouncing Toast was curled up on her own, wanting no food or drink. Just sleep.

We took her to the vet and asked them to save her no matter what. A huge bill and 24 hrs later she seems more aware and like she is recovering.

Unfortunately, the others are now falling ill with the same symptoms. They need help and they need it now.

well, long time no see! this hair has been sitting for months, and at this point its too pretty not to share. i'm sure all of you have seen the inspo pic on pinterest, and i of course had to make it <3

i put it on a longer hair so its a bit more whimsical, but this hairstyle SCREAMS book sansa to me. also, say hey to my updated sansa sim! im doing like a complete overhaul of a lot of my sims, so they will prob look a little different in future posts

this hair is made from a base by @kaycreame & utilizes the braid tool from @ssspringroll - thank you both for your generous tou and wonderful creations!

So… It wasn't easy, but I think I did it.

I fell in love with this movie and its costumes the first time I saw it, and all these years I've wanted to recreate them for The Sims 4, and now I've finally taken the first step.

Introducing Edith Cushing's nightgown from Crimson Peak.

I hope you like it! And I hope I've done everything right and you won't encounter any bugs, haha. But if you do, please let me know—I'll try to fix it!

I recolored @vintagesimstress's 1896 summer dress for children in the Folklore palette.

I recoloured @simstomaggie's teacher dress in the historian palette. It has 84 swatches. I used a few textures I got from @xandezsims. It's Houppelande inspired, so it should work for 14th-15th century! I hope it's useful :)

A Royal Masquerade - Lovers Unmask

The night's end is in sight, as the palace falls silent and carriages depart from the gates of Starfall.

While Prince Valarr may not have been fortunate enough to learn the identity of Lady Muse - tonight fate has smiled upon his companions, Prince Trystane and Ser Aelor.

Standing in front of the grand staircase, Trystane and Lady Monarch (by @targaryensims) take this moment to unmask in front of one another. She reveals herself to be a lady of The Reach - Myrielle Mullendore. He is astonished by her beauty - and she - despite his colorful costume - is pleasantly surprised to find the Crown Prince of Dorne, behind the mask.

Trystane had not imagined finding a match tonight - but it seems almost as if she were made by The Maiden, just for him.

Before Myrielle departs with her escort and father, an arrangement has already been made. After their stay at Torrentine Hall, Myrielle and her father would return with Trystane to Sunspear. There, the young couple would begin a formal courtship.

Near the piano, Aelor bows nervously as he unmasks before Lady Wildflower (by @wavvie). She in turn, removes her own mask - a coy smile on her face as she is revealed to be Jeyne Tyrell, of The Reach.

With the reveal of Jeyne's identity, Aelor feels his heart soar with joy. It was known across Westeros, that she cares not for titles, but for the excitement of living itself. He does not need to be a Prince or a Lord to earn her heart and hold a place there.

The two make plans to meet the following day, hoping to find a way to delay Jeyne's return to Highgarden.

It seems Torrentine Hall awaits....

A Royal Masquerade - The Prince's Heart

After conversing with the several remaining contenders, Valarr has made his way to the upper levels of the open hall. Ever the caring sister, Ymme, senses his nerves and joins him - offering no advice, simply the comfort of her quiet presence.

Prince Valarr and Princess Ymme stand near the flower-covered railing, as the prince reflects back on the events of the night.

It is nearly a quarter to midnight, when the sound of hooves against stone reaches Valarr's ears. He looks over the balcony railing - and it is only then that he notices guests departing. In a brief moment of panic, there is only one person on his mind...

Lady Muse.

Images of time spent with Lady Muse (by @starlightpixels) from throughout the night flash through Valarr's mind. In this moment, he is sure that she is the one.

Composing himself, he leaves his sister's side and quickly heads towards where he last had seen Lady Muse. By the time that he has made his way there, his panic seems justified. Only a handful of the ladies remain - those who had been most hopeful for a match.

But she is not among them.

Even Valarr's mask cannot hide his disappointment.

A final glance around the hall as the clock strikes midnight, confirms that majority of the guests have already left for the night. He thanks each of the remaining women for attending before guiding the group to the awaiting carriages.

It seems to be a disappointing end to a beautiful night for the young prince.

Valarr removes his mask for the first time since the start of the masquerade. As he heads to his parents to break the news - something catches his eye by the water. He leans down, picking up the small white and gold mask - discarded not far from where he had last seen his chosen.

It's her mask. But how did it get there?

Valarr decides quickly, that part does not matter so much.

Upon closer inspection of the mask, he notices an engraving - the mask maker's signature. It reads: surely-sims of Liera. As Valarr runs his thumb over the engraving, he breathes a sigh of relief.

If Lady Muse hailed from the Kingdom of Liera as the mask indicated, he should be able to find her among the royals and nobles staying at Torrentine Hall...

A Royal Masquerade

Lady Wildflower (by @wavvie) has returned dance floor! After being stolen from her dance with Valarr earlier in the night, she has not been seen further than an arm's reach from Ser Aelor. Not far from the pair are The Gentle Dragon (by @bellevalentim) and her escort, who similarly have not left each other's sides for most of the eve.

With few adults present on the floor, the young Princess Jynessa joins Larra Ladybright for a dance - one that the young nobles had recently learned from their instructors.

Away from the dance floor, The Silver Lioness (by @sulsulzukohere) and Lady Amphitrite (by @targaryenbloodx) have sat down for a game of Cyvasse, their escorts watching on. It seems the two have been at it for quite some time - their wits evenly matched. Eventually, Lady Venus (by @florians-simblr) joins the small crowd around the playing pair, and is approached by one of her previous dance partners - the long-widowed King Rickard Stark. It appears this artistic soul has peaked the Northern King's interest, after many years since the loss of his wife, Serena.

Eventually losing interest in the game of Cyvasse, Lady Monarch (by @targaryensims) moves towards the dance floor, hoping to dance once more before the end of the night. She is greeted by Prince Trystane - a longing look in the Dornish man's masked eyes. He eagerly requests her hand - and in that moment, their fates are intertwined.

As the first (and main) part of the story comes to a close, Valarr has found six of the original twenty ladies to be suitable matches. If he truly opens his heart tonight, he feels that he could find his soulmate amongst these six women - but with the night coming to a close, and partygoers leaving the palace, he only has time to pursue one of them.

A Royal Masquerade - The Prince Converses

While our other attendees seek out entertainment, drinks, and food for the remainder of the ball - Prince Valarr heads to a quieter area of the open floor.

As he finds a seat among the many available, two of our most charismatic contenders' approach, and are the first to take their place on either side of him.

The Sea Maiden (by @honeysylvan) is the first to speak, telling the Prince of her many adventures on the open waters. Lady Lunara (by @queensoflumis) speaks next of her own travels, and the countless clans she has ventured to meet. In return, Valarr recounts a recent adventure of his own to the wordly women.

Taking the seats of the previous contenders, Lady Harlequin by (@applesaucesims) and The Pale Rose (by @lechairschair) are the next to approach. Full of energy and passion, they regal the prince with stories of parties and assassinations. While Valarr is initially able to engage in the conversation with both women, it eventually turns into a debate between the two - as to who had led a more exiting life thus far.

Changing couches, he sits next with Lady Light (by @houseofsimsgaryen) and Lady Hestia (by @jonquilyst). Perhaps overwhelmed by the nervous ramblings of Lady Light, the Lady Hestia struggles to get a word in - but then again, so does Valarr. Although beautiful and kind, it seems that meaningful dialogue with either of these ladies is out of the question.

Lady Andromeda (by @seyvia) and The Little Sparrow (by @ethicaltreatmentofcowplants) are the next take their seats besides Valarr. Sensing their nervousness of the pair, he finds himself opening the conversation this time. He speaks of his own nerves surrounding the event, and his hopes for true love. His openness calms the two, and in return, the two share tales of their own recent losses, leading to their search for love.

It is hard to say if our final ladies were simply patient, or if they were smart enough to purposefully wait and claim the final conversation with the young Dayne - but it seems to have paid off either way.

The Enchantress (by @invisiblequeen) and Lady Muse (by @starlightpixels) are the last to converse with the prince, standing closer to the water. The two intelligent women take the time allotted to them discussing the lands they hail from, and their goals to forge strong diplomatic relationships with kingdoms far and wide. By the end of the conversation between the trio, it seems that each of their kingdoms has gained allies - regardless of the event's outcome.

As he wraps up his discussion with final pairing, the clock strikes eleven. The end of the night is nearing, and Valarr must make a decision.

He has found 6 of the 10 with whom he conversed to be suitable matches. Surely given the chance, he believes he would be able to find the love that he desires with any of these women - but there can only be one...
