Floral Thoughts

A single cigarette burns between 8-10 kcals So I guess this is the logic behind the Diet Coke and smokes plan.

I didn't do too well. I stuck to my time constraints but when dinner rolled around I couldn't stop. I'm currently signed off work sick with depression so struggling to keep off snacking. Tomorrows plan: I aim to get through the weekend on just blended juices, and regular water, herbal teas and coffee. This may be really tough as my fiancées off work with me but fingers crossed. I can do this 💪🏻🍓

But the good old ways are so much better at it. Tomorrow is day one and rules always help so here goes: I will not eat anything before 12:30pm I will drink one of the following before eating anything: 1 glass of water, 1 cup black coffee, 1 cup herbal tea (no milk or sugar added) I will photography anything and everything I eat tomorrow I will save most calls for dinner, with my fiancée 4 rules shouldn't be too hard to stick to...
