Adventures of the Floof Troop

The Floof Troop lost its floofiest member today. Cat of many nicknames, sunshine hunter, pigeon-in-a-cat-suit, and the sweetest cat ever. We will miss Ploof more than we can say.

The boys... Nick Furry loves his Elwing. They cuddle for naps most days, and the peace last until Nick is so full of love that he bites Elwing’s ear.

From our bedroom door and into the bathroom at 1 am: *scamper skitter skitter swish echoey-metallic-clunk* Evan: “Well, we know where Nick is...”

We have a blep!

Elwing’s nose was apparently cold last night. He’s such an adorable woogie.

We carved pumpkins last night. Husband’s was the logo of a game he’s enjoying, Warframe, and mine was inspired by Nick Furry.

Ploof and Nick Furry both came by this morning to see if we were up yet. Ploof wanted food, Nick wanted us to play with him. He even brought his toy with him…

Nick Furry has laid claim to this silly finger puppet a friend sent. It is his current favorite toy. It is also really creepy to see a cat carrying a cat's paw proudly through the house in his mouth, even when it's rubber.

From around 3 this morning when I couldn't sleep. I got up and discovered the boys had been cuddling at the foot of the bed for the night. ❤️

I was taking a picture of how he was laying (especially with his tail wrapped around the TV tray) and managed to catch him mid-yawn. 😂
