Hey, as a person who has suffered with depression most of my life, no matter the reason or there is none, it's ok to have those feelings. Its valid how you feel, I'm glad you post that on here, it helps to even diarize it somewhere. You're not alone although it may feel like that. It will pass, it has its own schedule at times but be proud of yourself, you're a sweetheart. I know words ring hollow at times but you will get through it.
