the "ally" leaving cis people's bodies the moment there's a trans person to make a lolcow out of. cis people are getting way too fucking comfortable with this shit
im not entirely caught up on the tyler situation cause i dont use tt but i do know bits and pieces of what he has said/done and no i am not on his side but enough is enough. cis people need to stay in their fucking lane. you have harassed trans men, trans women, nonbinary people, etc enough. idc if that person in your eyes is a "bad tr*nny" when you get an itch to be transphobic and ableist the moment it feels "deserved" you're no better when you're a bigot in disguise yourself. death to the lolcow trend (and it's pretty ironic considering so many accounts that post lolcow content end up in some controversy because they're problematic themselves but i digress)
all i have to say is that white able bodied/able minded perisex cishet men do worse shit all the time and never get as much backlash or harassed as much as you people do to disabled, black, fat, and queer people etc. i will never see lolcow content ever being in good faith when you people create lolcows only out of oppressed marginalized groups. there's a fine line between holding someone accountable vs normalized cyber bullying and bigotry

i’m not gonna lie the erasure of transmasculinity everywhere i turn is really starting to get to me lads. multiple characters that are either gnc or outright trans in their source material are being hyper feminized in their television adaptations. a cis lesbian lgbt historian’s video comes across my path and in it she asserts clearly that stormé delevarie is a cis woman, the comments all agreeing on what a wonderful womanly woman she was, no one does it like women do. another video someone with nearly two million followers posts a video essentially saying trans men don’t experience discrimination compared to trans women. it gets tens of thousands of likes. a video of a cis woman in support of trans people next, all the comments talking about how trans women must be women because they are oppressed like women are, i wonder what that makes me to them. two trans men dead this last month. another two trans men with their teeth broken from hate crime assault this week. one of them in a trans sanctuary state, in broad daylight, screaming out for help and everyone around him looks away. looking away. everybody is looking away. we are the thing in the corner of their eye that they would rather not see and what crime did we commit to be treated this way? are we truly seen as so pitifully grotesque for our harmless aberration from the female sex that it feels natural to pretend we are not there? that we were never there? i’m terrified. i’m terrified by what is going to happen to us in the silence. i wish i wasn’t.

This Pride Month, let us advocate for and support our trans men and transmasculine siblings—not as an afterthought, not as a footnote, but as a necessity.
Transandrophobia is real. It is documented. It is the discrimination, shaming, harassment, and alienation specifically faced by trans men and transmasculine individuals.
This is not a hierarchy. This is not an attack on trans women. This is a data point.
Trans men face systemic discrimination before, during, and after transition. The visibility paradox means that as they become less visible as queer, they do not become less oppressed—the oppression just changes shape.
Trans men are routinely shamed, told to "reflect on their misogyny," and dismissed simply for being male. This shaming impacts mental health, self-image, and access to care.
Radical feminists and trans feminists who dismiss transandrophobia need to reflect. The problem is not feminism. The problem is specific actors who have decided that transmisogyny is the only axis of trans oppression worth naming. Both things are true.
Trans women face transmisogyny.
Trans men face transandrophobia.
Acknowledging one does not erase the other.
The silencing of transmasculine voices follows documented patterns:
"You're not really oppressed, you're just men now."
"Your trauma doesn't count."
"You're betraying womanhood."
"Be quiet and listen to transfems."
These are not neutral statements. These are silencing mechanisms.
Trans men deserve to be heard and seen—not as a threat, not as traitors, but as people navigating a specific, intersectional form of oppression.
This Pride Month, I am not asking you to celebrate them.
I am asking you to stop erasing them.
Listen. Believe. Reflect.
Then do better.

"trans men have privilege over other demographics of trans people" quick question, can you give me a list of trans men that have any sort of power in anything whatsoever? then can you give me a list of trans people who aren't trans men who have any sort of power whatsoever? hey, why are you ignoring me? get back here and explain your logic to me coward
I'm tired of seeing prolific and popular transandophobes whenever I go to ANY social media.
Pocket-deer-belly and their ilk is popular enough to be getting voiceovers on YouTube shorts and it's so annoying. I've seen him, Pladios, Byjove and plenty of others get so much attention and it's so... It's taking a toll on my mental health, I can't escape them. People can't understand/see how damaging these people are and it feels like I'm going insane.
This is just a symptom of how ignored and overlooked trans men are.
"trans men talking about transandrophobia are terfs because they believe in gendered socialization" no actually we just recognise that (for a lot of us) for the time before we transitioned we were seen as girls and then women and that after we transition those who still see us as women (such as oh idk the government) still treat us as women and therefore still treat us with misogyny. acknowledging a form of oppression we experience does not fucking make us terfs you fucking idiot
"Do you want trans men to be treated like a different kind of men????" Hmmmm yea. They have uteruses and vaginas so they need different medical care. They also have high rates of sexual abuse and there's no laws in place of protecting trans men being physically abused. Like yea, we do need them to be treated like a different kind of men because they are a different kind of man.

"As a trans man, it's your responsibility to protect women!!" Hi, you're a benevolent misogynist. That's like. That's the most obvious benevolent misogyny I've ever seen. Hope this helps!!

I genuinely don’t understand why it’s so hard to accept that trans men are men who do not have the societal protection cis men do.
“Kill all men doesn’t hurt men because men aren’t systemically killed”
Trans men are! Trans men are being killed! “Kill all men” is a sentiment trans men have to deal with while being killed for making the choice to transition into men! Why do they have to deal with constant vilification for trying to be who they even in communities that are supposed to be safe for them? Why does saying "kill all men" matter more than that?
I see so many posts claiming that trans men talking about their reproductive organs is them misgendering themselves but have yet to see a single post saying the same thing to trans women talking about their penis or prostate if they have them.
It's a double standard that needs to die. Many, many trans men, mascs, enbies, and intersex folks have a uterus and ovaries and are extremely impacted by things like reproductive laws and the need for gynecological care, and they have every fucking right to talk about it without being told they're misgendering themselves.
If it's not misgendering for someone to talk about their penis and the need for prostate checks, why the fuck is it misgendering to talk about their uterus and ovaries?
I have never seen someone get up in arms about a trans woman going to a proctologist "invading men's spaces" but I sure have seen hundreds of posts about trans men going to the gyno "invading women's spaces."
Nobody is invading ANY space because anyone can have any configuration of reproductive organs. No one gender has ownership over that. Everyone deserves access to the medical care they need for their body, whatever that care might look like. It is not misgendering oneself to talk about the organs and body parts you have.
