as AI gets more widespread and commonly used I notice myself drifting further from my previously preferred overly rendered style. for years I would practice for better realism and render and now it feels oddly cheapened... the lazier and the more undercooked my art is, the better I feel about it. like trying to slip through the cracks of the machine's (AI bros, in reality) understanding of meaningful art
