i was struggling with my feelings a lot lately. i started to catch feelings for a girl who couldn't give me what i wanted. she already had someone and i just needed to take my time and elaborate the fact that no matter how much we connected, no matter the illimitate amount of chemistry we had and no matter that we could have been perfect together and for each others, i just couldn't have her. and at first it was hard cause i couldn't stop thinking of her and i couldn't stop thinking of what we could have had if her person wasn't in the picture. what if we met earlier and i got there first? but then i realized that that thought was useless, that was useless to waste all my energies fantasizing about a scenario that just could not happen. not now, maybe not ever. and so i worked on myself, i worked on our relationship and i committed so much to transform my romantic feelings in friendship feelings and today i can say that i did it, i succeed. today i see her just as a friend. was it hard? hell yes. but i've found a new way to love her without hurting myself.
