He once tried to sacrifice himself and his ex hit him with a bowling ball than electricuted him. Fantasy element of the series allows for the potential for just about any kind of whump. 5/10

Dr. John Carter: Okay, I didn't watch much ER but it feels like he spends half his time being a patient in his own hospital. Seems to lose whole organs at a high rate and unfortunately they are his own. 8/10
