Marcellus

So we’ve been getting quite into Conan Exiles lately (very interesting/darkish lore btw! That universe does not hold back lemme tell you), and it’s got its own in-game RP community + system (as in some people log in that game just to roleplay), which is honestly pretty big? But anyway! Bf and I have been mostly keeping to ourselves, just focusing on building up our own little corner in that universe’s world in a private multiplayer RP server whenever we can squeeze in the time to do that.

So today, out of nowhere, we get a surprise visit from this lady vampire (another roleplayer in the server) whose whole plan is to kidnap Astaria, turn her into her “unholy daughter”, and enslave Marcellus LOL! (bf’s OC, who was formerly a slave once. So THE IRONY of this sudden encounter is not lost on us).

But honestly? The whole concept was so random, but also so fitting for the story that me and bf got for these two! Vamp lady showed up disguised as this beautiful human woman, and when night fell, her whole appearance just shifted to this cadaverous creature!

It was SUCH a fun first interaction with strangers in that game. It’s got its own DND dice rolling system too fit for RP engagement, so there’s that DND aspect to those interactions.
