I've recently incorporated @fitaffinitywomen Lean Fat Burner as part of my supplements. It helps curb my appetite and gives me a hell'va boost in energy not to mention the weight shedding. No bloating !

Here’s a few of my drills from today’s morning workout. Fire hydrants + donkey kicks -Push-ups, Wall-sit + dumbbell raises. I want to stress the importance of listening to your body. If you need to rest rest. If something doesn’t feel right then it probably isn’t right. Whilst the body can often do more than we believe it also tells you when you need to stop and you need to listen.
