From what I can remember/understand, lobotomization is common in this society (I forgot what it was called), the three sadists (Goregrind, Necromancer, and Morgue) are a higher level than most macabre, there’s these things called barrens (mentioned in the speech of lies video, idk if flesh changed the lore since then or not), Morgues the main antagonist, Goregrind can talk to the priestess (the creator of the macabre/universe in this world), Uzumaki (the main character) is a waiter who sadly has been abused and lobotomized a few times.

Lobotomy experience is about of a world of creatures called macabre (MAH-KAH-BRE) and over time how their society becomes Corrupted. the high priestess is the creator of all flesh (flesh = life) it has 3 main creations (I call them it's children) Goregrind. Necromancer and Morgue. I can't go into more detail because I have an upcoming project and that will be spoilers. There's also some key characters too like the engineers. The 7mites and witches (witches = nuns)

Now the main character Rumaki also known mostly ass Rue is the main protagonist and you follow them on trying to help others macabre who had face self modification. (Really bad thing) while also facing trauma they've experienced being a victim of self Modification by and old friend group and an ex lover named crow who is a famous singer/ rock artist who spreads lies about them even though they haven't seen each other in years.

Type of modification: Wing re attachment (from back to back of head)

Backstory: Xapham is from a rich family that owns a club that is competing with Morgue's. She is the head program director and is very trusted at her job. She meet Uzumak1 when they visited its club

Personality: Xapham is a very reserved macabre, but forces themselves to go out and meet new guests at her family's club. She is more outgoing with its friends and family, being also their "mom friend" and extremely supportive. They also have a habit of copying people and not saying what they are thinking.

Likes: sweets, dark places, fashion, organized activities

Dislikes: spontaneous acts, their wings shedding, Uzumak1's ex
