I’m 5'9" and 312lbs on the left and now 238lbs on the right! Started living healthier in the fall, been super serious since January. As of this morning, I’m halfway to my goal weight and already feeling 10000000 times better in my own skin! I’m down to a size 14 (from 20) and have finally learned that no matter what you just have to keep going. Trust the process, and keep making good choices, and it will happen for you!
