I'm a young female just trying to be happy with her weight once again. Ive tried lots of diets and have done my research. I'm also about to be a certified personal trainer. This blog is for my progress and inspiration towards weight loss. I'm hoping to reach my goal weight before August (when i go to school) and throught the summer hopefully I will transform into my fit close to perfect body :) wish me luck & come talk/motivate me! FAQ: How old are you and where do you live? 18 years old and in West Coast, US How have you lost weight? 1. I cut out "white and fluffy" carbs and started eating more protein and fruits & veggies. (a healthy, balanced diet) I also take a daily vitamin and fish oil 2. I do ATLEAST 30 minutes of cardio daily whether it be HIIT, circuit training, running, biking, dancing, anything to get my heart rate up for a good 30mins. I also did strength/weight training. I use gym weights to do basic exercises for my arms, legs, back and abs. I work out anywhere from 3-6 days a week. I aim to do cardio daily. 3. i tried diet pills (didnt really see that much of a difference) I tried burn 60 before workouts to give me that extra energy. I also used CLA and protein whey powder as supplements. Do you make meal plans and workout plans? Yes, I do but only upon request. I am almost certified to be a personal trainer and have done ALOT of research on diet and excersize. I only ask a small fee depending on the type of plan you request.
