Sooo I’m actually trying to follow though with a crush program since recently I’ve felt like I’m stuck in a rut. The workouts I’ve been doing in the gym are getting boring and too repetitive for me so I’m currently doing GO! Here are just some thoughts on my experience thus far: -I just finished day 9 and skipped active rest day8 because I didn’t think I needed it annnnd so the day I had to complete is the same day as the month -I hate burpees but I definitely see improvement in them -same goes for planks -day7(warrior) KILLED my arms! -I’m thinking about not weighing myself for a long time???? -I love how the workouts are short but they still kick my ass and I feel satisfied at the end of it -I also like the comfort of working out in my room bc I get to wear a sports bra/bootyshorts and can watch my body throughout the movements -I haven’t bought resistance bands yet bc idk which ones I should buy((does anyone have any suggestions)) but I’ve been improvising with 5 & 8 pound weights
