Eventually they reached the hospital and Theo hopped off the bike with Raven. “We’re here mate. Howsabout you tag behind me and i’ll take the heat for the incoming lecture from the higher ups?”

He entered the hospital and walked to his office, waving hello to every other worker there that acknowledged him. Nobody seemed to take notice of how late he was, considering the little amount of people at the hospital.

“I have no idea where I am, who you are, or whats going on, but CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!” Theo said with a sly grin, before she could count he immediately began running through the forest in an unknown direction, lunging over a river and almost getting out of her field of vision before she began counting.

“So, I’ll take that as an acceptance to my offer..?” Theo said, his face looking somewhat smug “Don’t worry about me if the loser sees me alive, I’ll weld his hands together and toss’em out the window.”

“Ja, I’m taking your offer, but I’m going to say it again. I probably wont stay long, und when I leave, you better be careful, y’hear? I expect Ironfists to be pretty desperate in disposing of you. Guy might grow a pair und try it himself.”

Theo’s pressed lips soon molded into a smirk and Theo flexed and began saying “I’ll knock him out before he has a second thought!” His smirk quickly turned itself into an extremely arrogant smile. Once Theo noticed what he’d just done he corrected himself and said “That is if he didn’t bring backup or a weapon.. One on one he’s dead though!” Theo nervously laughed

Raven smiled widely at him, walking over to sit back down on the bike as well, arms reaching around to hug the man. He was very grateful for Theo, and he truly was in his debt no matter how much he insisted he really wasn’t. A muffled laugh came from him as he nuzzled the man’s back and gave him a little nip.

A couple minutes later they arrived back at the complex, Theo unlatched both the satchels from the bike and took them into the apartment, dropped them in Raven’s room and said “Get changed and meet me in the kitchen, I need a pop after this..”

Raven grinned happily at him before shutting the door to his room, rummaging through the clothes Theo generously had bought him. Unsure of what to wear first, he covered his eyes and picked out a random pair of pants, a shirt, and a sweater. Throwing those on, he grinned before walking back out, not thinking to take the price tags off.

“Okay, well lets go to the land of work now!” He said, stifling a laugh afterwards, he was in good spirits.

Raven grinned widely at him, jumping quietly in his excitement at this outing that he’ll be able to participate in. The young vampire was practically leaping out the door to get to this workplace.

He strolled outside, down the stairs, and plopped himself onto his motorcycle. He was taking his time, knowing he’d already be late considering it was ten minutes past six. Theo yawned and put on his helmet, prepped his motorcycle and drove off with Raven to the hospital.

“That’ll do..” He said to himself, walking out the bathroom, not looking like Apollo anymore, his eyes smiling and his eyebrows no longer on attack mode.

“I was engaged or even married a while back.. I’m not exactly sure..” He shrugged and followed up with “I’m a survivor of being hit by a truck, along with being hospitalized for awhile I also got a severe case of amnesia.. I barely remember anything of my past except a few glimpses.. Playing piano happily at a bar, lots of other stuff, and walking down a crosswalk, hand in hand with a white haired girl.. Until she shrieked, a truck was zooming towards us with no intention of stopping, and in the heat of the moment I shoved her out of the way, but had no time to get out of the way.. Then everything blanked.”

He quickly threw the gauze aside and tossed on a jacket, and flipped the hood over his head, to try to conceal his identity, to no avail she’d have probably already seen his face. His career was ruined unless this girl was willing to do a guy a favor.

“It’d be betta’ to do this inta’vew in public, n’ not a bathroom amiright?” He said, lifting his eyebrows to give the idea of the smile he was hiding under his mask.

Theo laughs and pulls out a 30% off card that he had “I have this baby roit’ere for whenever I shop’ere.. No cashier’s eva’ marked it before..” He said with a laugh, walking to the counter next to Raven.

His gaze flicked to the card the man was holding, unsure of what it was and what it was for. Probably to pay…?

Nothing actually happened, Theo was just overreacting. He paid for the clothes with a sigh and slipped his card and wallet into his pocket, handing Raven half the pile of clothes as they walked to the bike. “We can jus’ put these roit’ere in the sa’chels..” He said, flipping open one of the two empty satchels and dumping the pile in.

He watched what Theo did, carefully putting his pile into the satchel as well, knowing that it was the only place they could be.

He chuckled and looked over at Raven, then spoke with a very happy voice “You don’t have to pay me back for this, just pitch in somma yer paycheck for every months rent and we’re platinum.” He didn’t need someone to help pay rent, but he was very stingy with his money and would only spend it for good cause, when someone needed him too, or he needed to buy food or drinks.

Raven stared at Theo through wide eyes, unbelieving that such a man wouldn’t want him to pay him back. Or something. Sure he would help with this rent or whatever it was, but he felt like he could do so much more in thanks.
