Hollis feels like he owes Val, but he isn't sure how to repay him and his family. Koki and Lex feel they owe each other, they both rely and support each other so much. They're relationship is very equal. Val feels he owes a lot to Hollis, he does his best to repay him by being there. Phlox feels like he owes a lot to Aspen, but he'll never be able to repay her.

[ 🧨 ]ㅤ.ㅤwhat’s the quickest way to set them off, even if they hide it well ?

For Hollis it's disregarding his boundaries or being overly touchy/sexual with him. He does a very good job of hiding it because he doesn't even think his boundaries are worth protecting (don't worry Val will take care of it). Koki is so hard to set off... Seriously, like he has to be having the worst day ever and you just tease him in a wrong way. Lex is easy to set off by treating him like he's broken. He knows he is struggling with his own stuff, he knows its not good for him, but that doesn't mean he's broken. He can be good at hiding it, but don't expect him to keep quiet for long. Val is another one that's hard to set off. Just don't mess with his sisters or his friends (especially Hollis). He doesn't hide it, you messed up, you'll feel his wrath. Phlox is fairly easy, especially if he's already somewhat dealing with a flare-up. Just mess up his whole day's schedule and make his penthouse messy. He's not good at hiding it so he hides away himself.

For Koki it is suffocating, he can't handle it. He will have to talk it out almost immediately. Val feels it like a sinking in his heart, like his heart falls to his stomach. Lex doesn't really feel it all that much cause he tries to block it out, it's more of like a slight pressure in the back of his mind. For Hollis its a tightening in his throat and a pounding in his head. With Phlox it's a sinking feeling, it kinda tears up his stomach.

[ 💢 ]ㅤ.ㅤwho have they never forgiven and never will ?

Hollis tends to forgive fairly easily... Maybe that has to do with the boundary question... Lex has never and will never forgive his brother Sylvan. He outted him, got him in trouble almost constantly, and due to the lack of support from his family he struggles with addictions now. Val isn't forgiving, but he also doesn't have anyone he wouldn't ever forgive... Probably because he's huge and intimidating. Koki doesn't really have anyone he's not willing to forgive, it just might take him a while. Phlox won't ever forgive his uncle (mom's brother) because he's not only very traditional, but has constantly made an effort to pit other family members against him for going so far out of tradition and treating some of his cousins the same way.

Lex would lose it if he lost Koki and vise versa. They're both so close, they live together, they're always there for each other. Val would lose it if he lost his sisters and/or Hollis. Hollis would lose it if he lost Val, Val is his brother basically. Phlox already feels somewhat broken after losing Aspen, but if Silas was gone too? I'm not sure he'd ever come back, Silas is all that's really keeping him going.

Koki thinks he is, he hopes he is. Val doesn't think that being worthy of love makes sense. He thinks its a flawed form of thinking. Everyone has the capacity, but it's up to them to be deserving of it. Lex and Hollis don't really think they are. Phlox is neutral. He doesn't really think he is or isn't.

Hollis and Val tend to search for each other. Val is Hollis' safety, Val feels better knowing Hollis is okay.

Lex and Koki look for each other. They're each other's safety blanket, they're always there for each other.

Phlox looks for Aspen... But since she's passed, he looks for Silas.

Koki loves telling the story of how he and Lex met... And it was because they were playing on the playground during school and Lex broke his arm. Koki refused to leave his side.

Lex loves to tell the story of their first band practice. It was awful and they all had to take a break, so they ordered some shitty pizza.

Val tells the story of his first sleepover with Hollis. He was so nervous cause he'd never spent the night away from home.

Since Hollis doesn't really talk much, he doesn't really have a story he loves telling. But during every concert he shares how the band started.

14. Do they know their limits, both mental and physical? Are they likely to push through confusion, upset, fatigue, or pain even when it is not absolutely necessary? Are they able to push through when it is?

Lex doesn't mentally, he isn't really sure how to find it out other than by stressing himself out... Which he already does with his own problems. He tends to just push through and ignore it. Koki does know. When he tends to get to his limit, he will shelter in his room, find things he likes to do and do them, etc. He doesn't push himself. Val does know his limits too. Depending on how far past his limit he is changes how he reacts. If he has to, he will push through. He will take breaks if needed, but he's a big brother and that matters more to him than anything. Hollis does know his limits too, but unfortunately he doesn't really seem to care? He always pushes through to the point Val has to get involved and get him to take a break. Phlox knows his limits. But he can't stop a lot of the time. He tends to get to his limit when he has an OCD flare-up, so it's very difficult to stop. Depending on what sets him off will determine what it takes to get him out of it.

15. Do they have any intentional body modifications (tattoos, piercings, implants, surgeries, etc.)? What motivated them? Are they any modifications they would like but don’t yet have? What’s stopping them?

YES! Let me show. Order: Hollis, Val, Koki, Lex, Phlox. The band got the care bears ones to match, but all of them have always wanted piercings and tattoos. They tended to get them with each other (ie in pairs or all together). Phlox got them because after his first tattoo (the sword on his forearm) and he loved the feeling of it. So he got more. Same with the piercings. He got an ear piercing first.

23. Are there any scents that they strongly dislike? Is it a matter of simple preference or is there a deeper reason? How do/would they react to being near those scents?

Koki doesn't really like woody scents. It's just a preference. Lex doesn't like sweeter scents, but he does like vanilla. He just doesn't really like overly powerful sugary smells. Val doesn't really enjoy citrus smells. But Koki always has some sort of citrusy smell, so he deals with it. Hollis doesn't like alcohol smells (ie vodka, ethanol, asetone, etc). Phlox doesn't like sweet scents, but even more so than Lex. He can deal with actual sweet treats, but anything artificial is a no.

24. How do they smell on an average day? Given the opportunity, are there any particular scents they do/would seek out and wear (in the form of soaps, perfumes, oils, etc.)?

Koki uses the cologne Dior Homme which is described at "lemonade in a bottle" so... Do with that what you will. He will also wear Clinique Happy. He tends to seek out bright and citrusy smells. Lex likes Prada Luna Rossa Ocean, its oceany with some bergamot and leather. Which fits him pretty well. He does also like Jo Malone London Wood Sage & Sea Salt. He likes airy, oceany, and leathery scents. Val likes Tom Ford Grey Vetiver because it is earthy which he tends to lean towards. But he also likes Bvlgari Man Wood Essence. Hollis has three different ones he switches between. Tom Ford Ombre Leather, Vikto&Rolf Spicebomb, and Montblanc Extreme Leather. Hollis loves the smell of leather and spice. I've talked about it before, but Phlox uses Declaration D'Un Sior and Myrrhe Mystere. They're spicy and woody, he likes things that tend to smell elegant.

I'll do this on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being pessimistic, 10 being optimistic). Koki is an 8-9 depending on the day. Val is 7. Lex is a 5-6. Hollis is a 3-4. Phlox is 2-4.

51. Do they have a stable job/position? How do/would they feel about that kind of commitment? Is there something else they would prefer?

All of them are doing what they love, when they want. They love their jobs and plan to do them for as long as possible.

73. When meeting new people, do they generally put effort into making a good first impression, or are they more likely to just let the chips fall where they may? What motivates their decision?

Koki and Val tend to try and make a first impression. They're both very people oriented guys, so they do their best to make a good first impression. Lex wants to make a good first impression, but also doesn't feel like putting in the effort to be something he's not. Hollis and Phlox don't care, let people think what they want.

94. Are there any (non-genital) parts of their body which they like for intimate/sexual partners to pay special attention to? Are their partner(s) often willing to do so? How did they discover this preference?

Koki loves when you pay attention to his neck. Kisses, bites, whatever. People tend to be willing, its often not even discussed. Val tends to like people paying attention to his biceps. He's worked really hard on them and loves if they're squeezed and such. More or less it's attended to. Lex loves people touching him all over, he doesn't really care that much. Just give him attention. Hollis likes when people pay attention to his hands. He uses them a lot and he finds it soothing. It's not something people usually care about, so he doesn't get that attention very often. Phlox likes when people pay attention to his hips and back, either works for him. His hips are fairly easy, people tend to just go for it, but his back. You don't have to kiss it or anything just hold onto him there.

95. When things are steamy, are there any nicknames or pet names which they particularly enjoy or which get them going? Any that they dislike or can’t stand? Is there a specific reason?

Koki loves being called baby, yours, (enter other somewhat possessive things). Don't be overly possessive, don't call him mean names. Lex loves anything you call him (just don't get to derogatory). Other than that he really doesn't mind. Val can't get over being called things in other languages and "your man". Honey, sugar, baby, etc also work. He doesn't like pet names like pookie or just overly odd ones or possessive. Hollis loves babe, baby, lover. He does like hearing you call him things in other languages. He is pretty basic all things considered. Don't call him mean things or even call him "your man" cause he just doesn't really enjoy it. Phlox loves being called baby and things in other languages (even things like husband). He doesn't do anything possessive unless in the heat of it. But he isn't ever derogatory towards you so don't be derogatory towards him.

Pretty much all of them have calloused hand for some reason or another. The band boys have calloused hands from playing their instruments. Phlox's are calloused because of his hobbies, though they're a bit softer that the band boys.

Val and Lex crave it. Koki craves it a little, not like Val and Lex do. Phlox and Hollis are somewhat afraid of it.

Phlox has a fear of folks that no one knows about, he has a pretty good poker face. The others are fairly open about their fears, except Hollis who doesn't really share his fear of never being loved.

Hollis did a lot in his late teens when he was still trying to figure himself out. He had started to sh and began to hate how that looked too, thankfully he has some really good friends who got him help.

Phlox hated how he looked in his late teens too, even when he tried to "fix" it with his ed. Then he hated how he looked then too. Now he's healthier, stronger, but when he is struggling with an OCD flare-up, he can get pretty picky about how he looks.

Pretty much all the guys cry after a show, except Hollis. He last cried at the first tour show.

Phlox hasn't cried since Aspen passed. He just can't, it won't come.

Hmmm.... Hollis would have a wolf tail and ears me thinks. Val would probably have some sort of dove wings. Koki would have a shrimp tail (don't ask why, I dunno). Lex would have a peacock tail. And Phlox would have bag wings.

20. What does your OC's dream partner look like? N/A if they don't want one.

Hollis doesn't really care, as long as they're okay with his sexuality. Val has one! Her name is Odessa. Koki and Lex don't overly care what they look like either, as long as they don't mind they chaos. Phlox's is right here.

Hollis doesn't really tell jokes tbh. Koki would repeat any joke that has something to do with colors or animals. Lex will only repeat pick up lines. Val would repeat pottery jokes. Phlox doesn't really joke.

Phlox and Hollis love stormy/rainy days. Koki and Lex love bright, sunny, hot days. Val likes days where there's a nice breeze, a bit of sunshine, and mildly warm.

Lex and Koki love sweets. Val likes a mix of both, he prefers a bit sweeter, but is like right in the middle. Hollis is the same as Val, but leans more savory. Phlox likes savory.

Val loves more bread/gravy like foods. Hollis loves pasta and meat. Lex loves meat. Koki and Phlox are a good mix of all three.

Hollis is probably a 10, Koki and Val are 8s. Lex is a 1. Phlox... 7-8.

Hollis has a very quiet laugh, especially in public. It's airy and soft, very hard to hear. But if you really get him going, it's a bit louder, but still airy.

Val's is like a bark.

Koki's is high, loud, and giggly.

Lex's is kinda wheezy, kinda weird...

Phlox is more of a chuckle than anything. It's deep, slightly airy, but not as much as Hollis. It kinda gives a condescending vibe, though that's not his intent.

Do they all live together? If not, why?

No, none of them live with their siblings. They're all adults and have moved away from each other.

Who does your character connect with the most?

Koki gets long best with Suzuka. Lex gets along with Viva best, but even then it's still very strained. Val connects with Hestia the best, there's only a year between them, so they grew up very close. Phlox of course connects best with Silas...

Were they raised together from early childhood, or brought together later?

Koki was raised with his siblings, there's only a few years between each of them. Lex wasn't raised with them really, considering Viva is 15 years older than him. Val grew up with Hestia and Xanthe, though he had to (not so patiently) wait for Xanthe. Hollis was raised with Val as well, their parents are best friends. Phlox was raised with Silas and Aspen.

What is your character’s earliest memory involving a sibling?

Koki remembers going to one of his sister's soccer games when she was in first grade. Lex barely remembers Viva's graduation. He was around 3 1/2. Val remembers Christmas with Hestia, the first year Hollis got to spend the day with them cause his parents were out of town. But he remembers when Xanthe was born. Phlox doesn't remember anything before Aspen's passing. Not even Silas being brought home.

How did they feel when each sibling was born or arrived? (excited, jealous, confused, or indifferent?)

Koki and Lex are the youngest... Val was excited, so was Hollis. Hollis is an only child, but both he and Val consider each other brothers. Phlox doesn't remember Silas coming home/born. So...

Who did they bond with first growing up?

For Koki it was Suzuka. Lex didn't bond with any of his siblings. Val had Hestia (or Hollis if we're gonna be real). Phlox bonded with Aspen first.

Koki, Lex, None of them...

Is the affection between siblings openly shown or mostly unspoken?

Koki does his best to show it, but it's often not openly reciprocated. Lex and his siblings leave it all unspoken, they pretty much never talk. Val is very open, Hollis isn't so much. Phlox is very very silent about it, he tries to let Silas know he's proud, but he isn't loud at all.

Who do they go to when in a crisis?

Koki and Lex normally go to each other since their siblings tend to not help... Hollis and Val typically go to each other. Phlox doesn't go to anyone.

Is there love mixed with resentment?

In Koki's case, yes, a lot. For Lex, no, he doesn't really love them since to him they aren't siblings. The love for his siblings is like a distant relative, more respect than love. Val and Hollis don't resent Hestia and Xanthe at all, they love them deeply. Phlox holds some resentment, but more because Silas never got to spend much time with Aspen, so he feels like he has some advantage or something. So I guess he really just resents himself?

Koki and Lex: NO. Val, Hollis, Phlox: YES ABSOLUTELY

Physically: Koki and his siblings all have very warm brown eyes and wavy hair. Lex and all his siblings have blue eyes but they vary in shade. Val and his sisters all have very dark, warm skin tones. Phlox and his sibling all have the same nose and soft hair. Personality: Koki and Lex don't really share much with their siblings. Val and his sisters all tend to be very emotionally intelligent and kind. Phlox and Silas share their sarcasm.

Val normally hangs out with Hestia at band stuff, he hangs out with Xanthe on weekends (due to school) by doing all sorts of things (food, park, carnival, etc). Hollis will often take lunch to Xanthe between classes and they'll watch a show together, he sees Hestia at band practice. Phlox only really sees Silas in person during family stuff, but Silas calls and texts often.
