If you had asked me two years ago where I’d be today, I’d have said, without a hint of disillusion, that I’d be in medical school, starting off my first year.  If you had asked me just one year ago, I’d have said that I don’t know.  Entering your twenties is a tumultuous time.  One day, everything feels like it’s falling into place; the next day, you’re tumbling through your whole day without the faintest idea of how you got to where you are now.  And some days, you just have to cry and let it all out.
