     “They’re not going anywhere.”

This wasn’t a simple strand of words that poured from her mouth. It was a threat. It was a promise, and fact… One that she swore would be kept, and even until her last breath… Emma would not give up any chance she has to keep all of them safe. Even if that meant safe from her own self!

     “You may have them hunted and marked for your       own horrible plans, but how about this? Take me       in their stead…. Don’t listen to Hook… He doesn’t       understand what he is doing…. What he could achieve…       – What all us Dark Ones  c r a v e … “

Knowing she was taking the ultimate risk, here, by saying such things… Going against all that she had said, but hoping that this could work. If only to get their eyes towards herself, and away from the others!

      “…But I do… Power… You’ve tried to tell me this in        the past, Nimue… And I was too weak to see that your        words may have some truth to them, then…” { @firstdarkness }

         “…….. You may think you have such a grand reign, over            those that are weakened enough in the mind - and will -            to go against you… But let me tell you this, Nimue…” The smallest of tilts of her head, chin pointing down to the briefest of touches of skin to crocodile leather of her dark attire… Those blue, almost grayish eyes were locked deftly with the other… Threat gleaming in her deadly gaze.           “… You have no power over me… And I will make sure             this remains that way… My will is far stronger than any of             the Dark Ones, in the past, including yours… You’re going             to have to face off with me, before you get anywhere near             the others.” { @firstdarkness }

                   “What would I want, Nimue?                                       Tell me, shouldn’t you know?”

“Yes,” he agreed softly after thinking a moment. “Yes bring theminside. And then I will have time to figure out how to reverse what they did. I will figure out how to save them while they live inside me.” For he couldn’t subject them to the darkness for too long he knew. But just long enough to find the cure. He could do that.

Giving the other such a look of defiance, sternness, whatever it may be – It was nothing close to a smirk, that was certain. No, Emma was livid…! She could not believe Killian had gone to such lengths as this… To set these among the innocents of this town, and… dare she say it… The World!?!       “…I won’t let you, or any of the others, hurt the         people I care about….. Better yet - Why don’t         you all just go back to the hellhole from         whence you came?”

       “Yes… And you’re not welcome here, Nimue…” Having felt the presence of the other, and how it alerted all of her senses into finding the other… Which was already such a difficult feat, in of itself… For Dark Ones only show themselves whenever they please… Unless called for, and even then! It’s all choice…. Though, now, her cold gaze was focusing - fixing - on the other from across the way. { @firstdarkness }

He did know it. She knew it, all the Dark One’s knew it. He did too. But he didn’t want it to be true, he hated that it was. He just wanted Belle and Bae to be safe but that wasn’t going to happy and he hated it. “Fine, it will happen,” he agreed. “But I am not letting either of them die.” He’d find a way, some way to save them. He didn’t know how but he would. 

          She wasn’t really there but Emma felt the cold touch on her            shoulders, causing her to cringe. Yet she remained strong,           as she still fought Nimue in her head.                           “I will stop fighting when I’m dead. You have no power                           over me! I have good reason to resist. Unlike you, I                            WON’t give up on the one person I love. You’ll see!”            But it was hard, so hard, to stay strong.

He wanted to see Belle again. He needed to see her, her and his boy. Only he didn’t want to. Not if it meant one of them was dead. And really not if it meant letting the darkness back at Belle. Because as much as he loved her, all of him darkness included, it creeped him out a bit that the darkness loved her so much. “No. We won’t. I know them. They wouldn’t be that stupid.” He ahd to believe it. Otherwise he would lose any hope he still had left.
