As he would prefer to call the other Mythos, arguing with the other was pointless. Like a child who refused to accept a punishment, or something else entirely. But it still stood that he was Mythos and nothing was going to change that. Such was spoken to him by his master, though Barnabas decided to just humor Clive for the time being.
The King with arms behind his back, and hands folded together walked with a small smirk before speaking once more. "In the castle somewhere, yes. It would not be wise to leave it in the same spot, or put same areas. As it would ruin the fun. Please though. You are more than welcome to search now, as we walk."
As Barnabas would not stop Clive, if he wanted to look at this very moment. And if they key was to be found. The King would praise the other for finding it. "Or, you can wait till after you have eaten. The choice is yours."
Clive didn't like being called Mythos, let alone the thought of being a vessel for said God to has him wanting to throw hands with Barnabas and Ultima. What he wants to say, is as long as that horrid woman sits beside his father and that ill gotten offspring is there. He would not be able to reason with his father.
Sighing he just lightly shook his head. "I know you would all follow me where I go. As for what we should do. Send some men who are still able to go and check the parimeter around the camp."

He is a fool for how he treats you, Dion. ❞ Terence had a feeling that he knows what Dion meant as he trailed off from his sentence. Since most of the time Ratios expressions were always so stone faced. But the gambler would not dare to say that aloud. "O-oh, okay so. So if you're leaving it up to me. I decide that you can help give me a bath." Battered, bruised and injured. The gamblr still had such the audacity to be a ball of sass.
"Things are going to change going forward now, you know that. And honestly I am excited to see to see what is going to happen. Hm, I wonder how long they'll give me time to recover. Work I know is important. But, i'm not ready just yet to jump back into the fray." And he deserved to relax a little.
He let out an amused chuckle at what Aventurine said, and he knows the gambler is right about him being a confusing man. Then again so is Aventurine if they think about it. ❝ So are you gambler. It wouldn't be very fun if I wasn't either of those things now, would I? Maybe one day I'll let you figure all of that out. ❞
If he thinks about it, the gambler’s expressions were also hard to read, but Aventurine was also easier to read the more he gets to know the other. ❝ I am yes. Okay, I can do that for you. If I must. ❞ Ratio did smirk at the sass coming from Aventurine, making him shake his head some.
❝ And how so? As am I. Probably not enough time if you must know. It is the IPC after all. And into the fray you'll have to I'm afraid. ❞ Sadly, in the end it'll be up to the IPC and not up to either of the two of them.

Noctis was used to it. Even Ignis could be overly formal with him at times and he'd known him since they were kids. He couldn't really blame Prompto for falling into the same trap when even those that knew him the best still did. Prompto was his betrothed though. They'd never get anywhere if they spoke to each other like strangers.
"Yeah. Well, there's time before the wedding." Their marriage would go ahead as soon as possible since the treaty relied on it, but a wedding, especially a royal one, took time and planning. Time they could use to get to know each other.

He figured hobbies was a pretty safe place to start.
Prompto didn't know or how Noctis is so used to having people being formal with him when the blond Prince wasn't used to it when he's not in the Empire. Then again Lucis isn't anything like what Niflheim is and has him curious to know more of how Lucis and Insomnia are like.

Drautos would never change his 'heroic' behaviour, no matter how much he tried.
Prompto really was a kind guy, though. Being so willing to lend him an ear. "It's fine. A drink is all I need to unwind, but yes, I want to see them." Prompto had definite talent and it was always fun to see the different pictures the other had taken. Sometimes he saw sides of the city he had never gotten a chance to see before, which Nyx greatly enjoyed.
❝ Lucky us then huh? That's understandable then. Well, we might as well make the most of it then huh? ❞ Prompto smiled shyly, but he just hopes he doesn't make things awkward or ruin the evening for both.
❝ You shouldn't have to be used to that though. It's not right. ❞ Prompto frowned since he wishes he could do more for Nyx or hell talk to Noctis or one of his two retainers. The blond didn't like the thought of people out there being assess to people who aren't native to Insomnia or Lucis. He knows it all too well back when he was in school and it's not fun being bullied by other students.
Prompto didn't mind lending an ear to Nyx, especially if the glaive needed to vent to him. ❝ Are you sure? Is there anything I can do to help? Okay, I've got my camera on me. ❞ He pulled out his camera and held it out for Nyx to take to look at the pictures he was able to get that very same day.

But, really this wound. It wasn't so bad. However, anymore arguing was pointless. "Alright. I'll let you heal me, then we can go back to the hideaway."
❝ Why do you think I run for the hills or for my chambers the moment I get back to the hideaway? She is that I agree with. She's always good at her job to. ❞ Tarja though was mighty good with her job, and he respects her for that and so much more.
It wasn't as bad as some would think or say, but he knows Tarja might say otherwise if she was there. ❝ I'm not the phoenix mind you, but I know my way around with healing wounds of any kind. Thanks to my bastard days as an assassin. This might hurt too though. ❞

This time, from her position sitting on a branch of a tree just off the path. "You'll find nothing but death and the akashic roaming around." She'd know since she just came from that direction.

Should I be concerned on what's that way? ❞ His brows furrowed before looking behind him and everywhere else on ground level before slowly looking up in the trees. ❝ I'm guessing you've gone that way or something? If you know what's ahead in that direction. Was it an aether flood? ❞ If it was an aether flood than no one, not even animals or bearers of any kind would be safe being anywhere near it. ❝ I sure hope you didn't try to go in that direction. If it was an aether flood then anyone near that area would become akashic. ❞

A horse approached with a rider towards the camp where Dion was. Upon arriving she let the dragoons know who she was, then proceeded onwards. Letting the horse come to a halt just outside the tent. Rebecca dismounted and handed the reigns off before taking a small package off the side of the saddle.
Approaching the entrance of the tent, she peeked inside before calling out. "Dion. Are you busy? Sorry for the sudden visit."
When word got to him from his tent where he was looking and pouring over a map with Terence, head lifting when another one of his dragoons walked inside the tent told him that Rebecca was there had him confused on why she was there to begin with.
He looked at Terence before giving a brief nod to let the other dragoon know that it was okay and dismissing the dragoon. ❝ I'm never busy for you Becky. Come on in. You may enter. ❞

Dion was indeed pouting, but he had a good enough reason as for why he was. ❝ Why must it be you? You’re my second in command. I can't do any of this without you by my side Terence. ❞ Of course, he knows duty must come first, but his second in command being sent away for a few days is a soft blow to the Prince. Dion didn't want to be parted or have any sort of distance between him and Terence. Especially not for a few days since his second in command he trusted fully and more than anyone else.

Nyx raised an eyebrow at the other male, trying to hide his alarm. "Assassin days? What a way to introduce yourself – one might get the wrong idea and think you're here to kill them," he pointed out, though he wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet. Assassin's rarely bothered with conversation and the other had admitted that he was supposedly out of practice.
Letting out a small huff, he turned to face the other completely, not sure he liked where this was going. "Well, guess that's my secret out in the open. How did you even know?" Nyx hadn't primed recently and usually tried to keep a lid on his powers, even if it was difficult at times. Though he supposed anyone who paid close enough attention would eventually realise. Dominants had a tendency to stand out, after all.
"Well, Mr. No-Name, I might as well hear you out, since you came all the way here. You can call me Nyx, if names are a thing you do."
❝ I was forced into the Imperial army at fifteen by my mother. Sorry. I'm still new to this whole entire leadership thing. ❞ Clive did feel bad for the other male thinking he was there to kill him, which of course he wasn't. Of course he was out of practice from his assassin days, but his shield days back before his assassin days were still something he practiced on and off when he got a chance to at the hideaway.
He knows for a fact that sooner or later someone else or another nation might find Nyx and find out what he was and what he could do for nothing good, and he wants to help him. ❝ Dominants can usually sense another dominant whenever they are in the presence of another. It's how I figured you were one. Did you not sense it when I first showed up? ❞ Clive was able to sense Joshua whenever he was in Caer Norvent with Cid back then.
