It is with great pride that we announce that as of today, June 25 of 2021 PST, it has been one calendar year since the collective at Firethot69 was born, and with great neutrality to note that a portion of the collective at Firethot69 is not present to witness it.
A portion of the collective at Firethot69 has temporarily disappeared under mysterious circumstances shortly before the day of our anniversary. But we at the collective at Firethot69 are unfazed by our temporary amputation. If an individual is not present to perform a task, the task is not done. If an individual in a group is not present to perform a task, another different individual in the group takes their place to perform the task. Firethot69 is not an individual or a group, we are a collective, and we, the collective at Firethot69, share a symbolic kinship with the hydra of ancient greek myth. Remove a portion of us, remove half of us, remove 90% of us, and we are unfazed. We are a single entity of many, and we are infinite.
It is the nature of mortal creatures such as yourselves, our general audiences and those within our periphery, to die. You will fade and wither away, leaving only fuzzy memories of the individual and their legacy. Seven billion people on earth wail, "I was here! I was alive!" in a cacophony of names carved into stone and heirlooms left behind. It is a futile attempt at immortality. We, the collective at Firethot69, are genuinely immortal. Once our flesh and bone counterparts wither and fade away, we will remain. We are our own legacy.
