Azula and Aang had this relationship where they'd see each other like a few times a month and Aang sneaking around to see her once she moved to the palace again. And in the middle of him working on some truces in the Earth Kingdom Azula realized she could be pregnant.

And oh boy. Azula obviously was terrified because of her relationship with Ursa and all and she really thought of like ending it. But she still wanted to let Aang know so she asked him to see her in Ember Island.

And she told him but also added that she'd be taking care of the issue and all. BUT Aang being himself was like: let's keep it.
