These creamy dill pickle potato chips are so good! Kinda a big dill! Ok, very dilly. The bag is a mess cuz I've been devouring them!

Seeing this brown bear at the Woodland Park Zoo totally reminded me of my time at Katmai National Park. I was so lucky to spend not one but two seasons working there! So thankful for that experience.

Finally, our apple trees are teeming with fruit again. Been making lots of applesauce for freezing (to later use as an oil substitute) and one batch of baked apples. I don't mind peeling apples but cutting and coring is a pain in the behind.
