I really think Finn was lying about not having read the part where Mike reacts to Will lying about the painting lmao you’re telling me he didn’t read all the available scripts when filming was supposed to already be underway?

Thinking about how Mike didn’t tell Will what he couldn’t say to El, and in the Van scene the word ‘need’ was used as opposed to ‘love’. Mike could’ve told Will that he couldn’t say ‘I love you’, while Will could’ve talked about El *loving* Mike instead of needing him. Even though Mike said he loved her in front of Will when he blurted it out to everyone in S3. It’s almost as if they’re saving Mike and Will saying the word ‘love’ to each other private for a much more important scene……

I know we don’t know anything yet so I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade, but I really think people need to be prepared for the possibility of the painting lie scene being full of angst and confusion. There is a large chance Mike gets upset about being lied to so for the sake of not being disappointed I urge people to not convince themselves that it’ll be a beautiful romantic scene with a big emotional love confession. Especially considering lot of us already built up the initial painting reveal in our heads and were crushed when it didn’t turn out how we had hoped. I trust that they’ll do it in a way that makes sense for their relationship

What a great day to remember that the ball is officially in Mike’s court and that he’s going to have to be the one to confront Will about his own feelings for him
