It was really late and dark but Elijah found himself walking through the park. Maybe he needed to clear his head or something. At this moments there were too many thoughts especially about his sister. So naturally he went and visited the dead girls graves. He felt bad for them especially the ones that weren’t famous like Annie. Sighing a little bit as he walked, that was when he noticed someone on the bench. “Sorry, didn’t mean to scare you.”

“You okay..” Nina asked, approaching the girl from behind.

Fiona looked up, relieved to see it was Nina, smiling slightly. “Hey, uh... yeah. Just spooked myself.. I’m fine.”

“You’re missing out. I wanna be Cameron Diaz one day.”

“Let’s watch that then?”

“I have an unhealthy obsession with Bad Teacher.”

“I haven’t seen it.”

“What’s your favourite?”

“Taken but we can watch something more fun.”

“Yay great!”

“What do you wanna watch?”

“Well, I’ll walk you.”

Antigone had decided to go out that night. Not like they had anything better to do. They thought about calling Frances, but they didn’t want to bug her. Last thing that Antigone wanted to think about was what happened at the stupid festival. It seemed like something was always happening. After moving inside, they felt a body hit them and that person’s drink all over them. “Fuck..” They muttered, looking over at the other girl for a moment “It’s not. Not the first time. Sure it won’t be the last.” 

Fiona frowned at herself, thinking she was just an idiot. Why was she always such a mess? “Sorry.” She said again, even though the other seemed to be shaking off the apology. Fiona scrunched her nose. “I think I tripped over my own feet....”

“What about you? What are you doing out?”

“Maybe we just live in a town of arsonists.”

“Genuinely wouldn’t surprise me.”

Fiona knew she shouldn’t really drink much but one glass of wine wouldn’t kill her and she was feeling quite stressed. She hadn’t gone to the festival but this town honestly weighed heavily on her. Looking up as she overheard a group of rowdy boys in the corner, she sighed to herself and stood to head up to the bar, losing her balance and knocking into someone else when she got there, nearly spilling her drink over them. “Oh! Damn it, sorry...” She was so clumsy.

“I guess it’s slightly more entertaining than everyone just having a boot sale to get rid of unwanted things.”

“Yeah, I guess.”

“You know what? I’m with you on that one.” Matt said, moving over to her. “Trying to get home? Or going somewhere else?” 

“Yeah, I was gonna head home.” Fiona said, making a face as she looked up at him. “It’s way busier than I thought it would be.”
