Hi there, I know I've been mighty quiet, but uh, here! One of my Patreon illustrations! :'> I've been working on an illustrated wildlife series, and I thought it was finally time to share a few previews here again! <3

Right now I'm creating Botanical Studies, Animals Around the World, and Insects Around the World. The insect series is probably my new favorite to work on - it's equal parts artwork and field journal, a chance to appreciate the incredible diversity of life, and that one species at a time! (*´∀`*)

I've built this blog mostly on ink, but lately (since a year) ink has been feeling more like a fight than something I enjoy. I still love it for portraits and busts, but when it comes to full-body illustrations (especially anything flowy, atmosphere heavy or romantic), graphite just feels… more like me, if that makes sense.

So I've been toying with the idea of maybe offering ink for busts/waist-up commissions, and keeping full-body pieces entirely in graphite instead.
