“You’re from Maple World?!”

She exclaimed in awe, eyes full of wonder as she steps closer. “I’ve friends from Maple world! They’re all very nice people, including my bestest friend Miss Eclipse who always brings candy from Maple World each time she visits!”

Then she gives herself a brief shake of the head and smiles again. “I’m sorry, I forgot my manners. My name is Tear! And you don’t need a map, I can be your guide!”

   Best friend Eclipse? Oh dear… While he didn’t know much about the newest version of Luminous, he wasn’t exactly sure if he should trust her. However, he had to admit, she didn’t sound all that bad coming from Tear. ‘Perhaps my judgement on her was too harsh?’ 

          “ Ah, pardon, I forgot to introduce myself as well.              I’m Freud. ”

   He didn’t have an exact location in mind, honestly, he just wanted to explore the place. See the new type of races, monsters and society. It was all so exciting to him, he wanted to learn everything he could about, well, all of it. He smiled again at the girl, showing his appreciation for her offer to help.

“Mister, are you lost?” She had noticed the other man walking out of the Great Temple then stopping and staring at his surroundings with a weird expression. Since he had been there for awhile, she had decided to ask.

   Though he had heard rumors about Grandis back in Maple world, he still found this place completely and utterly fascinating. The views, the structures, even the people had Freud in awe. They were humans and dragons combined! It was a dream come true to Freud. 

   Ah, oops, he probably looked ridiculous by standing there, looking at everything around him. This girl, she appeared to not be a Nova; perhaps she was another traveler from Maple? Well, either way, what she asked did bring up a good point. If Freud wanted to explore this world, he would need a map. Unfortunately, that was something that was not currently in his possession.

The little girl dashes around the small home her Big Sister had set up for her in the Heliseum Hideout, picking and putting away stuff hastily.

Big sister’s friend Miss Eclipse was coming today for a tea party and Tear was not ready at all!

“What to do, what to do?!” the girl mumbles to herself as she tries to dust some of the only furniture she had in the room. She scans around the room despairingly. 

Oh no Miss Eclipse is coming soon but there aren’t any pretty things for her here!

“An Invitation to a tea party? How wonderful in this time of peace. By tear no less.” She folded the Invitation into a neat square as she pocketed it in her robe as she scanned her quarters for some gift besides the cake that Darcy obviously make every day. (With each being different than the next.) The only thing she had were the diamonds for the bows she was supposed to giveaway… So those would do, right? Nice, polished and shiny.

The knock startled little Tear, making her yelp and shoot straight up, knocking her head against a low beam.

With yet another yelp of pain, she sank down to the dusty floor clutching onto her throbbing forehead.

“Owowowowowowoww…,” the child muttered to herself. Then she raised her voice. “Coming!”

“Presents?! For me?” Tear uttered aloud in her surprise. Then she squealed aloud at the sight of the cake. “CAKE! YOU GOT ME CAKE!”

“HI MISS OPHELIA!” She shouted excitedly, rushing forward with a beaming smile. “I missed you!”

“Hi sweetie!”

The kinetic walks, closing the gap a bit as she stops and kneels down. She places the pretty white and pink gift bag down as she goes to ruffle the little girl’s head.

“PRESENTS?” She squealed excitedly. She grabbed the bag excitedly, squealing yet again as she looked through the contents.

“HI MISS OPHELIA!” She shouted excitedly, rushing forward with a beaming smile. “I missed you!”

“Hi sweetie!”

Little Tear wandered into Pantheon quickly, grinning excitedly. She ignored the whispers and stares from the other Novans as she quickly ran to the Great Temple.

Today that big sister from another world was coming to visit Pantheon and Tear just couldn’t wait to let her see the sights!

“Good..I hope she likes it.”

The kinetic had gotten a present for a certain little novan she had befriended. With that smile still plastered on her face, she enters the portal and lets it carry her to Pantheon. As soon as she go there, she already saw a very familiar figure…

“I’m Valfor and this is my sister Vala!”

“So we have this cool thing that our big brother gave us?”

“Yes! and we can use it to ask all of your questions and talk with all of you!”

-` ☾★ ´-           A startled little gasp from the Idol that had stepped through the Goddesses’ portal that resided in the sanctum , a peculiar crystal in her hand held tightly even as her little-self crashed into the woman’s form . She couldn’t risk losing it– it’s the last piece she needed to truly unlock her potential , the key to powers she couldn’t imagine if she tried ! 

                          So sure, the Erdas situation has taken her abroad lately– first to Henesys and then to those melancholic lands of The Fallen World Tree– but it came full circle back home after what surely could of felt like months to the little one , thanks to the alternate time flow in their parallel dimension .

                           A split-second decision was made to allow her form to dissipate , leaving behind a much smaller figure that was the very spitting image of the little one she held so tightly now in her arms , spinning them around in celebration of being united , a gentle nuzzle of her cheek against theirs . 

“I did I did! She’s been teaching me a whole lotta things! She says that one day I’ll grow up wiser than her which is impossible cos Grandma is one of the SMARTEST people I know!”

Then she catches sight of the crystal in her big sister’s hands, eyes growing starry eyed with curiosity.
