I just venmoed my friend $$$ to help with her bills.

I’ve spent way more on way less important shit!! 😭

This is actually how I want to spend my money if I’m honest with myself! What’s the point if I can’t share it?!

“Whatever her mood is, that’s the mood of the house,” my mom always said when I was young.

But what if I’m not the problem?

What if I trigger those around me because they are so suppressive and out of touch with their own emotions that mine seem completely overwhelming?

I am learning to love myself completely and I am honestly so grateful I get to go through life with such a wide range of emotions.

My life experience is so much more vibrant and vast because of my emotional capacity.

My emotions help me empathize and connect with others.
