Fighting The Motion

I woke up late today and I still feel the sting of the pain.

But I got dressed through the mess anyway and put a smile on my face.

Doing my daily activites like usual and trying to ignore the hurt.

So I turned on the radio, stupid song made me reminscing about my ‘past’

I listened to it for a minute but then I changed it.

  I’m done hoping things would work how it supossed to be.

I’m done with how it feels, spinning my wheels.

Letting life drag me around.

  I know everything won’t ever be the same.

But even on my weakest days, I’m telling myself I’ll be okay.
