My two brain cells:

i’m turning 21!!!! that’s so wild — i’m going to be a senior at UVA next fall (real world here I come!!! (kind of… i’m going to grad school)). i am a full on science girl wooo!! and have been studying neuroscience for my entire college life & it’s been the most intellectually stimulating journey of my life. this summer, i moved to new york 🥺 to do (drum roll pls) MORE neuroscience research. shocker. but this experience and city have stretched my mind more than anything i’ve done in the past 3 years. i feel so lucky and grateful for this opportunity to ~chase my dreams~ or whatever the kids are calling it these days.

and then there’s YOUUUUUUUU

i can’t believe I have had you to look up to and carry me through literally the better half of my life. i have always kept close to my heart the fact that you never fail to encourage me to be my best and most authentic self….. and that has NEVER wavered.
