“That’s a dental issue, you need to brush more often. ” Kid was annoying him. He created a room at this moment and swapped the lad for an object on someone’s rooftop.

“ Never specified it had to be a healthy food you traded it for.”

“You can always trade them for something you like.”

“Make a chip dip or something. That’s what the big kids do.”

Martha gave the young boy a fond smile, leaning on one of the trees nearby as she’s come by to visit him. Though he’d seemed s bit busy. “That goat have it out for you, sweetie?” She chuckled, walking over and ruffling the boy’s hair.

“Hows my favorite little rascal? Other than the goat fight.” The witch teased lightly.

Peaceful day if you could really could call it that. She had come back recently to rest up, you think she would be inside the little hut of the Dadan family, but really she had cleaned up the tree house that the boys used to go into a long time ago. 

What can she say? Something those damn brats seemed to really love, she wasn’t going to listen to them whine about how rugged it looks when they come back to relax during their adventures. It’s not like she cared about the boys or anything.

She did. Don’t let that fool you.

Enjoying the breeze was about what the woman was doing, well she WAS before both her men came in, wincing she looked at em confused. Listening to what they had to say.  Eyes widened as she stood up, you damn right she was stomping to the door. 

Ace Her Kid was home.

Slamming the door open she tried to put on a brave face, she was hard on him when he left home. Did he even think this was home? Feh. Even if he didn’t what did she care? Dadan certainly did not care if this brat didn’t see this place as his home. Though she could feel the tears in her eyes build up just slightly.

This damn brat had to go and make her soft, didn’t he?

“Did expect you to return so soon brat. Did you forget something after all these years? You just can’t come ad visit bandits like that. You might get your ass into a fight.”

She turned away rather quickly as she pulled out a handkerchief. The rest of the family cheering saying ‘WELCOME HOME ACE’. They at least think it’s home to him. Blowing into her handkerchief she turned around again. She can’t just pull this ladies heart like that you know. She was about to say something to him, when she squinted at the extra baggage he had under his arm.

OH HELL NO. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT.

“Why the hell you got a brat under your arms!?”

Even all the bandits peaked out to see the child under Ace’s arms. 

DEJA VU. 

♠❙— Ah, what a sight for sore eyes. Ace couldn’t help but laugh. Seeing Dadan’s reaction to seeing his brat, he lifted him up to show him off. “Thought you’d wanna greet your grandkid. He’s 5 now.” He teased. He waved to the other bandits with a goofy grin. He looked like hell--but.. Hey. That was because he was chasing his damn brat around.

Spade was busy pulling his father’s cheeks, irritated as all hell. Definitely deja vu. Ahh, this was gonna be a story and a half, huh?

The kid paused, suddenly feeling embarrassed when his father moved him and held him by his shirt like a kitten. “Go on, kiddo. Say hi to grandma.” Spade didn’t say anything, electing to just clam up with a red face. A bandage over his nose.. a paler version of his father with brown tints to his hair and just as many freckles with blue eyes. Yep.

This kid was carved RIGHT out of Ace’s ass.

His deadpan expression follows up a deep sadness within him. “Because I’m Trafalgar Law, also allied with that knucklehead.”

“ The same pirates allied with Strawhat-ya?” He’d not mention that he knew them.

“ Why would a pirate need an invite to an island?”
