Transgender Day of Visibility. By tai.draws
thanks for the part about moving on quickly. Most of the time apologies just make everything worse. I know others might have different experiences but as a gender queer person it just bothers me when ppl are very apologetic about misgendering me
Reblogging because I keep saying βitβs fine I donβt mind [normative set of pronouns]β to people from my country -that doesnβt have a singular they-, because I donβt want to feel like a burden, but after that I feel terrible. It happens with my name as well. If the rare people Iβm out to would use she/him pronouns I actually would be fine with it, but they only use the one theyβre used to refer me as and I hate that Iβm not confident enough to correct them. I canβt even ask my closest irl friend to have my contact in her phone be my chosen name
