“Oh, did he now?” He’s smirking, head cocked. The little prince had probably said other things too, if he’s being approached so casually... usually his height and status intimidates people a bit.

It’s fine. If they do ever go to war - which he hopes never comes to be - even the sweetest of stories wouldn’t be enough to quell the terror of facing a very pissed off dragon.

Raihan stares, mouth agape. Okay, his parents haven’t caught him scarfing down an extra slice of cake with his bare hands like he thought might happen, but this Pokemon sure has.

“Uh,” he straightens from his previously bent-over-like-a-gremlin posture and sets the slice onto the counter, “okay...” Still stunned, he takes the party hat (which is comically small when held in his hands) and puts it on. In all honesty, he... doesn’t know what to wish for. He’s got pretty much everything he could ever want in life - sans the Champion title, perhaps, but he wants to earn that. Raihan licks frosting off of the corner of his mouth, a short hum escaping him.

After a period of silence, something comes to mind.
