a serious question deserves a serious answer

Noctis: Noctis refuses to eat healthy, and therefore his farts are pretty damn terrible. He has a tendency to let out a silent yet deadly one that leaves everyone coughing.

Prompto: Prompto generally eats lean and healthy except for the occasional cheat meal, which leads to frequent flatulence but doesn’t necessarily smell bad.

Gladio: Gladio eats lots of protein and cup noodles and therefore has the most rancid farts of them all. The boys would swear the Regalia was having engine problems if it weren’t for the tell tale smell.

Noctis: Tall, skinny letters - not totally sloppy but not perfect either. Noctis had it drilled in him from a young age to have neat handwriting, so that it’d look nice on official documents.

Prompto: Bubbly, round letters slightly squished together. He doesn’t write obnoxiously big, but enough to fit comfortably between lines.

Gladio: Surprisingly nice handwriting, but due to the fact he doesn’t write often it always starts out sloppy. If you compare the first and last words he wrote on a paper you’d swear it was by two different people. He writes in all capital letters reminiscent of script-type writing.

great concept I LOVE IT

Noctis: A “productive” procrastinator. Instead of doing work he’s supposed to do, he spends hours organizing his closet or cleaning his room. This is the only time he’d actually voluntarily clean his room.

Prompto: The exact opposite of Noctis in that he doesn’t get anything done while procrastinating. He plays video games for a couple hours, then gets on the computer at 10 pm ready to start whatever he was putting off but ends up on the weird side of Youtube watching conspiracy videos.

Gladio: Underestimates how much effort his work will require and puts it off to the last minute because he works well under pressure. Gladio usually can get a lot done with “due the next day” adrenaline but now and then he gets too much on his plate.

Noctis: He’s the type to look good for his age up until he reaches 70 and it hits him all at once. Gets a decent amount of wrinkles, but they aren’t too deep. Like Regis, he’d have a full head of hair well into old age.

Prompto: His face gets fuller, and he also gets a few gray hairs. He ends up dyeing them before they get out of control. Prompto also finally decides to change his hair, going for a short side part that is significantly more tame but still familiar.

Gladio: Doesn’t start to gray for a surprisingly long time, but the deep laugh lines and crows feet make up for it. Once those grays start to show Gladio opts for a braided man bun to keep his mane contained.

Noctis: LORE. Explains the lore and plot of different video games and anime in 1-2 minutes.

Prompto: chuggaconroy. A let’s player known for his puns and love of Nintendo games.

Gladio: vagabrothers. Two brothers who document their worldwide travels.

Noctis: Clash Royale, Night Screen, Fishidy, Grubhub

Prompto: Instagram, Kingdom Hearts Unchained x, Tinder, Appy Gamer, Snapchat

Gladio: MyFitnessPal, Instagram, Kindle, Amazon

we also did what kind of pet they would have too!

What type of pet would they have:

Noctis: He would have a Bombay cat. Cool and sleek like Noctis could only dream of being.

Prompto:  Prompto would own a Golden Retriever . Pure like an angel.

Gladio: He’d own a Great Dane. A big dog that is also kind.

Ignis: Ignis would have a Sphynx cat with a sweater he knit himself. Ignis enjoys cats, but not all the hair that comes with them.  

What they would name their pets!

Noctis: Bagheera, as a reference to the panther from The Jungle Book. Puts way too much thought into his pet’s name.

Prompto: Cecil, after the protagonist of FFIV. Names his pet as a reference to a TV show or game. It seems subtle enough until someone actually knows where the name is from.

Gladio: Leonidas, Leo for short. Would name his pet after a historical figure, most likely from a book he’s read.

Noctis: He has the most dirt on Prompto just because of how often they hung out in high school. Probably the worst incident was when Noctis crashed at his place for the night and asked Prompto if he had any spare towels. Thinking nothing of it, Prompto points him to the closet, where Noctis grabs the most stiff and crusty towel he’s ever laid his hands upon.

Prompto: Prompto takes so many photos of everyone he’s bound to have a few unflattering ones, but for some reason he frequently catches Noctis off guard. As a result, he has tons of photos of Noctis he’s kept secret for prime blackmail material. One photo that especially shouldn’t see the light of day is of Noctis fresh out the shower. Hair: messy, dick: out.

Gladio: Gladio and Ignis both have tons of dirt on Noctis and Prompto, but choose not to make light of it just because of how devastating it would be for the two of them. Gladio is also the only one that knows about Ignis’ unexpected taste in music; he comes back early from an excursion to find Ignis alone in the tent, blasting nightcore from a tiny radio.

Noctis: Berry Trifle. “The mouth-watering fragrance of fresh berries, tangy and sharp, nestled on a white bed of soft vanilla cream - delicious!”

Prompto: Pink Sands. “It’s an exotic island escape in the beautiful mix of bright citrus, sweet florals, and spicy vanilla.” 

Gladio: Crisp Fall Night.  “The autumn evening invites with brisk earthniess and dreamy lavender.”
