Dont listen to all these thots on this website as well as those “trap” guides from 4chan. Thy are particularly detrimental, and a lot of the info will actually harm you.

0.The single most important things is your genes, keep that in mind. The less you are currently taking care of yourself the more extensive the changes will be.

1.Get a good diet. DONT FOCUS ON SOY, low amounts of soy will turn to testorone in your body. Its important to avoid red meat and other things that incresse T but aiming for just a particularly healthy diet is better. Ketos a hard but good choice.

2.Exercise. Couch to 5k is a good workout routine, its about the only things right on those guides since its such common knowledge. Regardless just target what you want. I do squats for my ass, plank exercises for my stomache and elliptical at the gym for general weight loss.

3.TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Buy skin products, good hair products. Everything is super person to person dependant so i find giving specfics to be useless. But basically you should know what needs work. Look into that.

So many people act like professionals here but they know nothing. Research skin products if you want softer skin, reviews etc.

I want my hair to have more volume so i buy shampoo and conditioner that focuses on adding it.

Also goes without saying but in general keep good hygene.

4. Clothes

Don’t just buy things because their fem or you think it looks good on me/someone else.

Everyone is different, your body is different from mine. What looks good on one person might not look good on others. So keep your own body in mind.

Experiment. Don’t get discourged if something doesn’t look great. Womans vnecks look horrible on me thats why I wear guys still.

Like just keep in mind that you can look girlier in unisex or guy clothes sometimes its all about how it looks on you,

5. Learn makeup. Kind of like the clothes thing don’t go overboard. I find light or subtle makeup looks best. Just simply learning how to put on coverup does a lot. Use YouTube, instagram etc for guides.

6. Don’t be a thot. I mean realistically do what you want. But I’m saying this to say you don’t NEED validation in that way.

A lot of these people fall into this attention loop of needing to strip and pose nude to “validate” that they’re fem or whatever. When realistically chasers want anything thats even trying, so its meaningless, easy attention but its meaningless. Some people get addicted falling into worse situations, some people become miserable and hate themselves after.

Speaking from people I’ve talked to anyway, again do what you want but don’t feel like you “need” to do that for validation

Blaire white has a good video on how the trans community pushes themselves into porn, I see that a lot here too whether it be from tgirls or other femguys.

Reiternating because people like to misquote me, that stuff is not inherently bad but you should never feel like you have to. Espically for validation.

7. You’ll improve with time. Look at my oldest photos, look at me now. Its slow climb a lot of the time. Don’t get discouraged, just keep working on it

A lot of the guides i see from people have flat out wrong information, or stuff thats specific to them. If you wanna change YOU need to go the extra mile..
