The attachment issue I have with my 5 year-old samsung phone is crazy. Like it's literally slow and out of storage yet here I am still on it and let my new phone just sit on my desk.
I don't get why switching to a new phone has to be this hard. I've always waited for my phone to literally die to actually switch to a new one and now I'm switching while this phone is working well enough. Ugh. I'm devastated to js keep it in one of my drawer and just leave it there when it still got lives. This phone had gone places with me. It's my literally my buddy. And why am I ranting about switching phone in the middle of the night? See, this is the downside of being a chronically sentimental person.
I've convinced myself that this is just a tool. It's nothing like human, it doesn't have feelings, yet I'm still gonna give it a nice farewell anyways. It's been good using this phone (and I'm gonna use it still for duolingo). We've gone through a lot of places and feelings, you carry so much memories especially my Bali days to covid, going from single to married. God. Thanks for all that and thanks for making it through despite all those overcharged nights.
