whats wrong with being cis? If you were born a male and thats what you identify as, there shouldn't be an issue

um…. yes you can. the sex that you are born with has the ability to have one X chromosome and one Y. if you wish to change it go right ahead but it’s completely possible to be born male
that means it’s possible to be born XY, and by the way there has been research showing that “sex” is more then just those two chromosomes. Male is a gender identity not a sex.
this isnt a matter of GENES…its a matter of SEX. if you are trying to tell me that the male reproductive system is the same as the female reproductive system…i really dont know what to tell you at this point. i feel like youre trying to be a smartass but dont even have correct information.. and if those two sexes are the same then how come they look, work, and act differently?? why arent men impregnating eachother?? why arent women impregnating eachother??
