The demon’s eyes widened a bit as Peacock handed him a box. “Peacock you uh, really didn’t have to, I’m not a big fan of…” his voice trailed off as he opened the box, seeing the game. “You’re… kidding right?! Shit, thanks Pea!”

"Hehe, no problem! I thought you'd like it!"

Peacock ripped open the box and peered inside. Pulling out the hat, she gasped and smiled. "I love it! Thanks, Mao!" She took her normal hat off, stuffed it in her hammerspace and put the Mickey Mouse top hat on, smiling.

"The urge to punch and me not caring is growing."

"See, I would punch you, but we’re both human now, so it’s different."

"You’re not joining me."

"Aw, c'mon. Mao, my man. My main man."

"I don’t know about you but, I got video games to beat."

"What games?"

"If it could get worse for me, I don’t want to know."

She shrugged. "Well, whaddya wanna do 'til this stuff wears off?"
