i used to be able to ⭐️ve so much better when i was in school... now it's so hard 4 me and idk why do u have any tips to get back to that ??
If you were doing better when you were at school, it was probably because you were distracted and busy, + the fact that eating is so much more intimidating when there are lots of people.
You should find things to do, start going out every day and don’t take food with you.
Sleep as long as possible, you need all the energy you can get when you’re in a calorie deficit.
Lastly drink a ton of water/other drinks, it helps you to not feel hungry and you’ll stay hydrated. for low cal drinks i’d recommend zero sugar energy drinks as caffeine is an appetite suppressant.
