Protecting all of the city? It's not feasible without an avengers or fantastic team. Which would be... Exhausting. Physically, but mentally. Working with a team automatically surrounds her powers with three or more people she constantly has to tune out to stay sane or keep from rudely eavesdropping on accident. Living with a team? What a true hell on the senses.

Frank can always stick to Little Italy, but his personality can not be contained to one themed area. Neither can Matt's, to his own chagrin, but tries to keep within a block range. It's easier for Milla since her career already drawing a box around the Kitchen. Matt's lawyering the city stems his capacity to daredevil around it too. Since Rachel's previous job in NYPD travelled around the island, doesn't she subconsciously branch out as well? Even when people tried their hardest diving personal and vigilante life, they always leak over.
