I am not stupid enough to think it’s down to him because obviously the growing anti science anti medicine sentiment is so heavily political and things have gotten drastically worse in this regard in the last couple years but a) anything that has ever lent the concept of an anti vax movement any kind of legitimacy is on my hit list and b) I think this would be incredibly gratifying for Me Personally.
#in 1990 there were 27000 recorded cases. in 2000 there were 85.#if we’re on track for 4000 this year we’re looking at the most recorded cases in 35 years#incoming kindergarten classes are vaccinated at a rate under that considered safe for herd immunity#which like obviously this varies heavily by state and community and everything but still. not good!!!
