Not really different than any other day. Though, the scenery is nice, I’ll give you that.

Ashley grinned, moving from his lap. He came back with a box and handed it to Sam. “This might help.” Inside was every check he had been given since he was 10 for holidays and birthdays. “Close to a 300,000 in there I think.” Smiling as he licked his lips and pecked a kiss. Still talking about his dad, Ash shook his head. “its not that, its me being with a guy. He can’t and won’t respect that. With Tj ,to him, at least they were born with female parts.”

Ashley nodded. “Well yeah, for your grandfather, since he can’t travel all that much but I mean, we’re still gonna live in Seattle, right?” At the mention of his father, Ash shook his head. “he’ll never come. I’ve come to see that and I’m okay with it. He just doesn’t see us being us as a something that will ever be okay.”

Ashley smiled, just looking up to him. He pressed another kiss to his lips and hummed there as well. “I don’t know, just know I want to have in in Maine…at the cabin or the beach place maybe? It doesn’t have to be big, maybe just those that matter to us the most.”

Ashley looked down at their hands, then back up to Sam’s face. The weight he had wore once before was back on his neck, making him feel complete again in some ways. Smiling, he pressed a light kiss to Sam’s  lips. “I can’t wait either, Settling down as yours fully and all ways…I’ve always wanted that and now, its gonna happen.”

Ashley couldn’t help but to hide in Sam’s neck. He knew all the things to say to make him blush and giggle like a girl. Sam was always going to be the one to make him feel like this. While he had loved TJ, they were never Sam. “I can’t wait for it all to be started.” He whispered, taking Sam’s hand into his own and lacing their fingers together.

Ashley felt the soft feel of the collar on his neck as Sam placed it there. He couldn’t help the tint on his cheeks as he was told he was beautiful. He didn’t really believe it but still, it was nice to think that someone saw him that way. The touch of their lips together, he hummed. “Yours. Always, in all ways.” returning words to him.

Ashley giggled, kissing him back each time. It grew to more but they didn’t let it get to far either. Pulling from his lips, Ash looked to what he held. His face and eyes lighting up. “Yes.” he whispered and bit his lip. “Yes I will be your good boy.” Ash smiling big as ever as he kissed him hard this time and wrapped his arms around Sam’s neck.

Ashley was feeling very content and happy after all was said and done with the demo. It was the next day and he was relaxing outside when he felt the kiss to his cheek. Looking up, he smiled to see his love. His one and only, his forever. Being moved in close, he straddled his lap. Nuzzling his neck, Ashley nodded to him. “What is that? Also I think I need a real kiss before you ask, my Sammy.”

The day after they finished their demo, Sam realizes that there is nothing that should be holding him back. It is time for them to start the rest of their life. It’s time to put the final puzzle piece in place. It’s time for him to claim Ashley and tell this world they lived in that Ashley belonged to him and for Ashley to know that he forever belonged to him. Orenda had brought them together and he would always have a soft spot for the place but now it was time to move on to the next phase of their lives - to claim and to marry and live their hard-earned happily ever after. He pulled the collar he’d bought in Puerto Rico out from its hiding spot and moved out to join his beloved on the patio of their villa. “Hey gorgeous.” He leaned over the back of Ashley’s chair and kissed his cheek before moving around to pull him up and over to the loveseat. “Got a question for you.” 

Uh huh, sure. Whatever you say.
