I've been working hard in the Sticky Buns Bakery to whip up some fun spooky treats for the season!

Getting a gym session in before my bakery shift!

Grabbed some breakfast and my favorite orange coffee at the Coffee shop and then clocked in for my shift at the gym for the rest of the afternoon!

Last weekend, I had some fee time before my shift at the bakery so I headed down to the island beach and had an afternoon tea and vibe sesh!

I had some time in between classes to stop by my home gym and get a training session in!
