A bunch has happened over the last year, but for the better!

Quit stinky job that was bad and awful, after snagging my New Job as an ECE Instructional Assistant in an Autism classroom. Turns out I'm good at it. So now I'm looking at schools in order to get my masters in teaching. I'm nervous, but also excited! Got my drivers license (like 2 weeks ago. it's never too late lol). I'm dating which is cool. Got an actual drawing tablet (huion) and I love it, though learning CSP has been interesting. Gotten REALLY into crafting. Specifically making jewelry and charms lol. So we are out here doing stuff. Last year (or two) I was at my lowest. Just awful situation after the next. but. Never give up and all that. Make your own happiness. Something else inspirational👍💖

Beating depression back with a large stick. After work today i will post all of the finished comms (or at least queue them so its not like. A lot lol) and I will work on art and i will not just sit there sad while playing coral island for hours for the 5th day in a row and I will start posting again or else I may wither and die

One thing I've been trying to do is NOT self isolate. Bc thats always never great. My friends made me a magic deck (commander) around one of my miku cards and I've been using this deck to learn how to play.

I beat them yesterday. And its one of those things like. When watching them take their own cards and put it all together and im like. This is it.

#bc i know why they were putting sm effort into it. bc this is what they could do for me during all of this #and its really nice going oh i am loved #my commander is miku the renowned and i buff her real good and kill everyone #i do have the arcade card. i should make an arcade deck. idk how good it would be but. him.#also my friends were using their sephiroth and y'shtola decks so thwy were very proud of me #bc thoae are very expensive and professional decks lol

Okay sorry I am back. I really needed a week to process everything. I am doing a lot better than I thought I would. There was a kind of calm that settled over me after he passed. I think bc of how every minute for months my brain had been consumed by grief and worry and i wasn't sleeping barely at all. Im still sad and I have new feelings to deal with but it'll be okay. Everyone has been so kind though. Both irl and online and its something that makes me feel like it's all worth it yknow

#and i am working on comms. im hoping to send everyone still waiting an update by the end of the week!!#i really appreciate everyones patience!!#and im gonna start responding to people again lol #im also back on my medication which is def helping #day 3 give it up for day 3 back on adderall #i had a coworker yesterday say she was happy i was me again lol #bc being off of adderall for a month. awful. i did a lot better than i thought i would. but. still awful

I would also like to say thank you so much to everyone for saying such kind things. I know i haven't been present, like at all, for a while now. Due to the obvious reasons. But all of that kindness has made things feel a little lighter

We've decided to take him to be euthanized. It feels awful to be the one pushing for that decision. But my god. He seems to be in so much pain. And its going to feel so awful but I know there will be relief

I've barely slept for what feels like forever. Literally will be waking up every hour of the night bc either he needs me for something or just to check to see if he's still breathing. While he's been getting less mobile he's been staying alert. But today he didnt even wag his tail when we got home from work. Just laid there. We made the decision to not take him to get euthanized bc he's so afraid of the vet. We didnt want him feeling like that during his last moments. Which i know doesnt really mean anything bc he'll probably feel scared regardless. But idk. I've accepted the reality of it all. But I still feel so angry and sad. Every day I am trying not to breakdown at work and most of the time I fail. Not sure what im going to do with him gone. I've spent so long being miserable and coming home to him made things okay. Hm. But yeah. Honestly am not sure he'll make it through the night.

#i know grieving is a process but. god.#i feel so guilty even tho i know that i didnt give him heart cancer. but still that feeling wont leave #and theres so many Last Times that stay with me #last time we played last time i saw him run last time i gave him his breakfast #i hate it so much

Also how to not be angry all of the time when you are at your retail job and your boss constantly talks down to you and laughs when you drop things and takes stuff out of your hands when you're not doing things the exact way they want you to do them like you aren't a grown ass adult and also Taylor Swift is constantly playing in the background and you feel like dying

#and also you come home and you just have to sit there and watch your dog dying but you have to get up at 5-6 in the morning so you can go #back to the aforementioned retail job and be constantly made to feel incompetent #ugh.#if the taylor swift wasnt playing it would be more tolerable i think #and also youre just so lonely and life is passing you by bc youve done nothing and will probably never do anything. sigh.#i try not to even look at social media anymore bc it just doesnt do anything for me #and reminds me of how unsuccessful i am and how i will continue to have to work retail for always #bc i was stupid and got a worthless art degree #wish i could pretend to be happy and not run to tumblr to bitch but everything hurts so much all of the time and there is never an end
