isn't it oddly hot imagining how humanity has managed to create these grand historical figures that've been discussed for centuries for the great accomplishments they managed to achieve in order for them to be remembered for that long, and how even the bottom 1% in terms of how "known" they were in sometime like the 1800's was just someone who kept to themselves and likely had a job anyways where they worked, came back home, and read books or some shit? nowadays the bottom 1% of fame in people of this generation are those who jerk off all day, consume whatever the fuck they want, and only get talked about as far as their discord username being noticed by some people in a porn server they're in but nobody even knows their real name irl? there's just something super attractive about those who are seriously so incredibly alone yet also do not care whatsoever. none of the "man I wish I knew more people..." but "why would I even bother with talking to normies that are too stupid to understand anything anyways". it would be incredible to be that one person in their ever-so-lonely lives that they're just so right about everything... who else is going to tell them different?

it's really attractive how living as a fat neet pretty much implicitly enables narcissistic behaviors where the world that you've always known does in fact revolve around you, where you never have to work a day in your life because of your enablers whoever those might be and you happen to be the extreme definition of what boomers think the younger generation is like: spoiled, ungrateful, and self-centered. never attending college or getting a job ever, not remembering what it's been like to have to meet a deadline or perform at expectations in years. there's something they don't feel like doing? then they don't have to fucking do it. their family has given up on any expectations they might've once had for said neet and might even blow it off enablingly as "it's just this phase of their life where they're figuring things out!" while they pay for all your fast food binges on the daily and buy booze and smokes whenever you demand it out of fear you won't like them if they don't enable your addictions. meanwhile the neet revels in their own repulsiveness, they have no real online friends because their personality is so grossly self-centered and they just believe "normies" can't handle how "based" they are. and honestly... are they even wrong? they don't have to bother confining with the norms of society such as *hygiene standards* and they get hundreds per day for splurging on fast food, they have their food brought to their room for them because they know that's not their job to get it from the front door themselves and they wouldn't tolerate it if they were ever expected to! they're the type of person that when someone talks about not having showered in two days and feeling gross about it, they'll jump in thinking it's a competition to say "LOL if you seriously think that means anything try going over two years without a shower you fucking hygiene freak". like fuck yeah just live in your own little world of junk food, drugs, and porn all day long while nobody even knows who you are beyond immediate family and you spend your life in your room all day like the amazing human you are.

kidneys being fucked so hard that your urine starts becoming a dark-amber color and has to practically pressurize your urine into such a dense consistency that it reeks like liquid death and comes out in smaller amounts than before? very based. people honestly way overreact about the effects not drinking any water at all has on your body. sugary energy drinks and soda are perfect ways to hydrate yourself and they contain water anyways by default. shouldn't be that big of a deal. fuck water. don't drink it. it sucks. humans have spent centuries trying to perfect the craft of food/drink and now that we have the perfect food and drink sources all the sudden certain people care about "dieting" and staying healthy? it's a fad that'll die out eventually. health consciousness is literally just a trend. sticking true to your fat senses will make you look cooler in the near future.

"eat yourself into a food coma :3" except literally eat yourself into a diabetic coma induced by not being careful enough to check your blood sugar as much as you maybe should and during an intensive feast of clearing through frosting tubs, syrup bottles, candies, etc. all in front of you that you couldn't help yourself but shovel down since... why not devour all the amazing food right in front of you? maybe it was for a challenge, something you wanted to put yourself to. sure by this point you already had consistently high blood sugar that you didn't care all that much to regulate around 400-500 mg/dL, "fasting" levels being impossible to calculate when you're eating something sugary every hour of the day you're awake anyways, but you've had sugary feasts in the past and turned out fine. just a bit more than the usual indulgence wouldn't hurt anyone anyways, right? besides, you've already been diabetic for years at that point. a couple of sugary bunches consumed and you're starting to feel dehydrated, which is pretty normal and you've felt this all the time before. thankfully you're not stupid enough to believe that drinking more chocolate syrup is going to hydrate you, and so obviously the amazing dehydration defeater of Mountain Dew comes out and you crack open a 2 liter and get to chugging! good shit. that hits the spot pretty nicely. except anytime there isn't the actual soda in your mouth, the moment after it's swallowed you feel the insanely sticky and thick saliva in your mouth while your tongue is practically parched. doesn't really taste all too much like anything besides the soda you drank and the bits of sugary junk stuck in your teeth, but you figure you can just ignore it by indulging in some more sweets. after getting completely stuffed, a couple hours go by and you're grazing on whatever's in front of you without a care in the world and while your body still feels pretty warm and your mouth is still having that incredibly dehydrated feeling you figure it'll be something that passes. your vision gets a tad bit more blurry. you're too lazy to check your blood sugar and so unknowingly to you you're at a whopping 1,000 mg/dL. an astounding gram of sugar per deciliter of blood in your body. your blood is getting thick. your brain is being deprived of water and is actively shrinking. you start feeling a bit drowsy all the sudden while you're snacking and for obvious reasons, you decide to go for the Mountain Dew which has a decent amount of caffeine in it! that'll get your heart pounding for sure, you haven't had just straight water in... however long, anyways. your heart starts pounding considerably faster as of the last few hours, which you assume is just because of the caffeine in your system and therefore should be a sign that it's doing the job it should be. in reality, so much of the fluid in your body is leaving through your piss that as your blood thickens it's making your heart do an insanely higher load of work just to keep blood flowing in your brain and other organs. nothing at all seems to be fixing your symptoms. hours upon hours have gone by and nothing has seemed to fix the issues. upon that, your stomach has practically stopped in digestion because of how much water is being pulled out on the digestive organs and it's getting harder to actually be able to eat more or drink more to ignore your symptoms. you feel confused as fuck. you can't really think straight and you feel like you're *starting* to lose focus of your surroundings. turns out, you had only just woken up from a couple of days being knocked out while you're finally gaining back consciousness in the hospital! your (whoever it was that saved your ass) is relieved to see you waking up and almost makes you feel *good* for going into a coma by commenting on how badass you were for going under for a couple days while they had looked up the symptoms of a diabetic coma and it had only said you'd be under for a couple hours or at most a day. turns out when you're over 2,000 mg/dL it'll end up making your stay longer.

being a fat neet slob that leeches off of their parents money, cooped up in their room all day and pissing in 2 liter bottles of mountain dew just to not have to get up out of bed or their gaming chair and piss in the toilet. piss being a yellow with a tinge of orange. segway to moving in with a feeder that can fatten you up and one that actually knows how to insert/install a catheter into your bladder so you don't even have to do the work of pissing into bottles via searching for an increasingly buried dick while reaching over your gut and trying to put the lid of the bottle right within the stream... now it just trickles into a massive bag, and without having to worry about "bladder control" you never actually get the feeling of needing to urinate ever again for the rest of your shortening life. with the bag full of piss a dark-amber color it's just a sign of how hard your kidneys are working to keep up with all that extra waste streaming through your body! besides, you're glugging down so much soda and ice cream in a day anyways, how could such insanely dark urine be a sign of you being *dehydrated*? then again no matter how much you drink you always seem to be really damn thirsty... always having a parched mouth. always having this nasty taste in your mouth that you need to wash down if there's not some sweet drink or food to taste that clears it out. I wish people who are into health issues knew there were more organs in your body beyond your heart. especially those that are heavily affected particularly by gains that you can see as milestones beyond a BMI of 60. make those kidneys of yours work hard as fuck to reach your goals!!

soon enough being "athletic" is going to be viewed as some lame niche thing that only people stuck in the past care about, and the more shame and guilt we place on skinnies and athletic folk while normalizing obesity on a grander scale the more that's going to become a reality. why give a shit about working out your other muscles when your heart is the hardest-working one of all? take all the energy you *would* be giving to your other muscles and just transfer it to all the work your heart has to do and make people impressed by it. the average "healthy" human heart weight is around 300 grams. that thumping in your chest that you've had since birth has been sustained by muscle around 300 grams. enlarge it. build it up to 500 grams worth of heart. feel lethargic all the time because of all the extra weight building up in the heart? nothing liter after liter of soda per day can't fix with all that caffeine! level it up to 750 grams worth of heart. the left ventricle is stretching further from that rising blood pressure having to strengthen those heart muscles, and with that thickening blood... if your body wants to stay alive somehow then those muscles are going to *have* to get larger. not to make it sound just like it's all muscle though, obviously your heart is going to buildup and absolute fuck load of fat onto it just due to the sheer volume of junk you're stashing in your gut. the digestive system wonders where it can even *store* all that energy it's converting into fat and for whatever reason it's choosing... your heart. the very thing keeping you alive. nevertheless, leveling up your heart to an entire kilogram at 1,000 grams should be the next goal. those feet of yours are going to look absolutely bloated as hell. fat is trickling *into* the muscle of your heart, rather than just building on top of it, which is causing your heart a bit more stress to just pump blood as easy as a 300 gram heart would. and the best part of it is that you can go even further than that! above a kilogram in heart size is entirely medically possible and you can easily do your research if you'd like. go for a 1,300 gram heart. a normal "healthy" heart *on top* of a kilogram of your already struggling heart. the fat enveloping your heart has a nice orangish-yellow greasy sheen to it, and it's impossible to make out a single heart muscle from within the sack of lard. again, entirely possible if you're really up for the challenge. you won't be able to breathe without machines. that fat marbling in your heart muscles is going to make it look absolutely stunning, though! the chambers in your heart are going to be ballooning with inflammation, and even with the widened ventricles and chambers of the heart you're still going to have cholesterol deposits building up piles upon piles practically waiting for the day they can reach total blockage and put that fat sack of an organ out of its misery. 1,500 grams or more of just marbled muscle and lard. reaching the big leagues. despite the "warnings" your heart might be giving you, like with all those chest pains that used to be just in a tight spot on your chest but now spread down your left arm, up your neck, and into your back? just means it's working harder than ever! athletes have their muscles aching all the time from workouts, what makes your heart any different? must mean it needs some more quadruple bacon cheeseburgers with buns soaked in liquid butter and dunked in nacho cheese. give it that reward it craves. turn your heart into an absolute beast.

DoorDash and Uber Eats making things like any kind of soda, snack cakes, frosting tubs, etc. like half off from stores if you have DashPass or Uber One subscriptions, but then like zero deals whatsoever for vegetables, fruits, healthy snacks, etc. is so fucking based. like yes my favorite corporations please collaborate to increase the rate of type 2 diabetes nationwide. let your body tell your brain that you're fucking starving, make it think that you're going to die soon if you don't get your fix and signal intense hunger despite all that sugar in your blood. got those buy-one-get-one 16 pc. "Family Sized" Twinkie boxes delivered to your house for less than $10? and well... with some soda and other tasty treats as to not get that extra delivery fee charge too? oh, and then you obviously DoubleDashed some fast food like Wingstop, McDonald's, Taco Bell, whatever else it was because you didn't want to pay too much of a delivery fee? and then obviously because you know how to get your money's worth with something like Wingstop you saw that "Over $30 = Free 10pc Wings" and added whatever extra items you needed to get over that hump. now that you finished your Wingstop, and you've been raising your blood sugar with the 2 liter of Mountain Dew you cleared, looks like already less than an hour later your brain is firing those emergency signals of starvation again like our great ancestors once had during their hunting-and-gathering days when they needed such signals to urge them to hunt. despite the 30+ wings you cleared earlier, currently digesting in your stomach. despite even drinking the last little level of ranch there was in the large cup that you couldn't finish off with the wings already. and so, calling back to your ancestors, you began your hunt of struggling to find the arm and grip strength to open each and every individual Twinkies wrapper in those family sized boxes you ordered (thanks to the influence of those wonderful people over at Uber and DoorDash making those godly deals) and scarfing them down one by one while dipping them in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch frosting you got 50% off as well. all that arm movement has to be just as hard as chucking spears at mammoths and stuff like that, right? your ancestors would be proud. such a hard worker. tl;dr: let corporations profit off of your diabetes making you hungry as fuck all the time

in the future getting heart surgery is going to be seen as a symbol of being "cool". people are going to look at your chest and be like "damn bro you don't even have your stiches yet? bitchass..." and it'll be the same as how somebody who gets in fights all the time and wins them is seen as badass and cool. your heart is your strongest muscle anyways, so what's in matter how strong any of the other ones are and why not have such a symbol of gluttony that shows just how hard your own heart is working?
