"Oh, back home? Well, the castle I live in is close to the shore, I mean we are peninsula. It's mainly warm and humid during most of the seasons but in the winter its nice and cool" he explains with a slight smile "What about here? Do think during my stay we could go around the forests or something?"

"Aye." She answered softly as he went to talk before listening to him talk about his homeland. She hummed in thought at his question about going into the forest, "Well nothin' is stoppin' ya." She pointed out with a shrug of her shoulders, "But I wouldn't go alone. Ye can get lost or eaten... or somethin' like tha." She said with a calm smile as she lead him up the stairs and to a door and pushed it open showing him the large roomy guest room he'd be staying in while here. "As for here yer bound to figure out quite a bit while yer here." She pointed out as she opened an arm gesturing for him to go into his room. "Hope ya don't mind a bit 'o rain." She said with a small chuckle.

//-giggle fit.- Okay so who would be the stripper? xD haha. And obviously Modern!AU. Any thoughts or ideas on this?

Merida just stared at him blankly a few moments before huffing out a sigh. “Yer still an idiot.” She said, crossing her arms. “Ya could have been killed!” She pointed out her temper still slightly lingering in her with her large worry. “And… and! Why did you go lookin’ for ‘im in the first place?” She questioned leaning towards him slightly as if to empathize on her question.

The prince sighed “okay… Maybe I did know how he was dangerous but I still had to go. I was in the tavern after training with some of the soldiers and I over heard a plot to kidnap you. I mean I knew it wasn’t going to work but I did some investigating and I found the man they hired, which is how you found me unconscious”

Merida was silent a moment taking the information in before she shook her head. She could only guess as to whom was plotting to kidnap her. It wouldn't go over well most of all to Merida who would rather die than be trapped-- again; something she didn't tell others about. She glanced away from him her arms still crossed, "Ya coulda been slaughtered." She mumbled her concern still laced in her voice. After a small while she sighed and turned back to him as she took the few steps towards him. "What all happened?" She asked looking him over as if to access the damage once more.
